Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Nevada

I love Krispy Kreme donuts, what I don't like is poor service. I went to this particular location to get a couple donuts as a snack and was excited to see the 'Hot Donuts Now' sign lit up in the window. I ordered a glazed donut and a maple glazed donut with a hot chocolate. I had to repeat my order three times before the person taking my order repeated it back properly. This was a bad omen of things to come. There were three cars in front of me and they were all taken care of fairly quickly in about four, maybe five minutes. I pulled up to the window to find two men of color at the window. For some reason, unknown to myself, they looked at me, turned and walked away. I assumed that they had to put my order together or perform some other task, but I was mistaken. Several minutes passed and these individuals did not ever return. I was considering just leaving when a young lady finally came to the window, apologized and asked me what my order was, as the other two people had apparently just walked away from that station unexpectedly. I had to repeat the order again as this new person had no idea what I had ordered, but within two minutes, I received and paid for my order. I didn't receive a hot, fresh donut, despite the fact that I could clearly see that the glazed donuts were on the conveyer belt being freshly prepared and I assume my hot chocolate had been sitting awhile as it was not piping hot. I do not know why this incident occurred, but I am not sure that I would ever return to this particular location again. This happened at 9 o'clock in the evening at the Spring...

Service use to be great st this location. Whenever the app showed the hot sign on, it would be on. I stopped by today when the hot sign was supposed to be on. Three teenage Caucasian males were working but ignored the customers waiting for assistance. The young man at the drive thru looked me in the face and pretended not to see me or the other customers waiting in line. I had to yell excuse me several times before anyone would acknowledge me after waiting for 10 minutes.

This location used to be Johnny on the spot and great customer service.

Upon asking about the hot doughnuts, we were told that would happen at 530pm. It's close to 6pm. The young man went from saying 530pm to 6 pm to 630pm. It's evident that these teenagers have no clue.

Customer service was extremely poor.

No one is greeted upon entering.

The workers have no idea what is going on.

The three young men were too busy doing chores that should be done when there aren't any customers there.

Whoever the manager is needs to address this. I used to recommend this location, but not anymore. I thought the North Las Vegas location had bad customer service, but you have surpassed them.

Hopefully, a manager or regional manager will read this.

To not be frustrated, just stay away from...

I visited Krispy Kreme recently and overall had a pretty good experience! The food is definitely the highlight — the donuts are consistently delicious. I got the Original Glazed (of course), a couple filled ones, and a Chocolate Iced. They were fresh, soft, and full of flavor. The glaze was just the right amount of sweet without being too much, and the dough itself was super light and fluffy. That’s why I gave the food 4 stars — it was almost perfect!

The service was okay, but a little slower than expected. It wasn’t super busy, but I still had to wait a bit before being helped. The staff wasn’t rude or anything — just not super friendly or energetic either. I gave the service 3 stars because I think it could’ve been a bit more welcoming or engaging, especially when you’re coming in excited for donuts.

The atmosphere gets 4 stars from me. The place was clean, well-lit, and had a nice vibe. I always love watching the donuts go down the conveyor belt behind the glass — it’s fun every single time, especially for kids. The music was okay, and the seating area was decent too.

Overall, I’d definitely come back and recommend Krispy Kreme to others. The donuts are great, and even though the service wasn’t amazing this time, it wasn’t bad either. A few small improvements and this could’ve easily been a...
