Del Taco — Restaurant in Spring Valley

I always enjoyed eating there because they would add more steak and chicken for free. I go on lunch and while the food has been giving me heart burn lately and the wait times have become longer and longer in the drive thru, I for some odd reason ignored the signs of a dirty disrespectful restaurant and decided to go inside and order which was a huge mistake. We walked into a verbal argument between an employee and a customer where the employee refused to get him what he ordered. After waiting 10 minutes for the 2 people in front of me to be helped I finally was able to order. After watching 11 cars go through the drive thru from the time I ordered my food and the time it was delivered I ate my burrito and went back to work. As I made the 6 minute drive back to work I started to realize that my body was telling me that something was off. Here I am 29 hours later and am writing this after having stomach cramps, body cramps, and throwing up for the last 24 hours. This is horrible and I’m in awe that the employees and management or lack there of, would allow for such an atrocity to happen vs serving safe food. ...

It used to be better. It wasn't bad, just okay. The beef crunchtada was very good. The shake machine is down, again. I started keeping track of the shake machine it has been down 11 of the last 12 times I asked for a shake. Maybe one of the employees starts to gyrate when I ask for a shake. I never noticed, but kids today, ya know. I may actually get a beverage if I ask for a milkshake.

Ever since new management took over nothing but problems like ran out of eggs,cashier machine shut down, drive thru doesn't register. The other thing is being short on ingredients or if you ask for extra ingredients they don't put it in there I have to drive all the way back to the store make a scene if you read the screen one so you don't have to come back. The biggest thing is how about a greeting there's no greeting at night and there's no closing eating at night I reach out grab your debit card or cash give it right back to you, don't ask you if you want sauce.
