Denny's — Restaurant in Spring Valley

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Denny's in Spring Valley, Nevada, and I must commend the exceptional service provided by one of the employees, Franklin. From the moment I walked in, Franklin greeted me with a warm and friendly smile that immediately made me feel welcome. His positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm were infectious, setting the tone for a delightful dining experience.

Throughout my meal, Franklin was attentive and efficient, ensuring that my needs were met without being intrusive. He was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations, which made my decision-making process much easier. It's clear that Franklin takes pride in his work and strives to provide top-notch service to every guest. His ability to answer questions and suggest dishes showed his deep understanding of the menu and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I've lived in this part of town for the last 8 years, I missed the nice secluded feeling and watching the hot air balloons land in the open field that's now occupied by a lot of new development. But I will say this, I can't believe that Denny's of all places would have one of my favorite restaurant spots to eat ever. My son and I decided, in the first 5 minutes of sitting down, that this was going to be our spot and we will do everything we can to eat here above all else when we go out. I love the how amazingly hospitable the server was, she even sat us in the big 10-person booth they had in the corner, as ridiculous as that sounded, all because my son wanted to sit in the "cool private section".

As much as I want to keep this to myself the way I wanted to keep that field open for the hot air balloons to land every morning as I left for work, Rain deserves all of the patrons and tips in the world for honestly, maybe the best service I've ever been given at a restaurant. Jonathan also did an awesome job as the cook, it's pretty sad when you come to expect low quality because McDonald's now cost way more for a basic meal when something this delicious beats the cost of any large combo. When I was getting rung up, I felt like she accidentally left a meal out of the final total and, to my surprise, it is definitely on the receipt.

If you consider dragging your 7 year old out of the house at 1:00 a.m. to eat at a... I'm not joking... Classy Denny's, which also happens to play great oldies hits, I would come here. Both Rain and Jonathan deserve to be up to their neck in tables, and more importantly, tips. You better not skimp on a tip, I know you can afford it with the value this Dennys offers.

I’ve always been a pretty big Denny’s fan, so seeing one right next to the hotel we were staying at during our trip was a nice sight.

At the time of writing this review, we’ve dined here a total of four times in as many days, and each time we came in early, around 6-7 am for breakfast.

The first few times, our orders were messed up only slightly, our style of eggs were mixed up once and we were accidentally brought an incorrect order of pancakes, but every single time, the staff was quick to apologize and correct their mistake.

Even then, the food was delicious every single time, on top of being affordable, and not once have I failed to clean out my plate. The pleasant music playing through the speakers only adds to the already stellar dining experience.

Today, our server was Juliana, who we were served by for the first time, and she did an amazing job. Our food was perfect, without a mistake to be seen, and we barely had to wait for our order to reach our table. She even went above and beyond, pointing out options for our meal we hadn’t even known about the first time.
