I got skipped, and when I tried talking to the person taking the order about it, he wanted to argue with me. I'm a paying customer and if I have an issue, that's not how it needs to be handled. Then he lied to me, because I asked for his boss and he said he's the boss, and then he told me his boss is on vacation. So not only do you guys hire people that need training and customer service, but you also hire people who are dishonest. Well I was not in the shortest line, the way that the line was set up, I should have been next. If he would have just apologized for not seeing me, I would have been like whatever. However he decided to tell me that I wasn't in the shortest line and basically to deal with it. I run a business, and that is not how you handle customers. If I don't get a response to this I will be calling your corporate office. I would have gotten his name, but nobody would give me his name not even him....

Ordered a cold brew without ice (didn't want it watered down). Barista mentions it will have some space at the top because of the "no ice", I said that was fine. Totally reasonable. She then presented a large cup that was only half full vertically, since these are conical cups that means it was less than half full volume-wise. The manager was standing near there and told me that was how they pour it. Read moreMy husband, daughter and I went for an evening coffee at this location and there was such a good vibe from the girl named LAUREN who helped us out and she was so genuinely nice and knowledgeable about all the drinks. After telling her we were new residents to LV she started suggesting other things for us to try and then offered to give us a sample drink of the Horchata drink on the "secret" menu and it was soooooo good you guys!!
