Oh boy where do I start. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. 12/1/21 6:20PM to 6:30PM. Originally I ordered a chili cheese dog, chips, and TWO BLIZZARDS though uber eats. Uber delivers and both blizzards are missing. He says it’s Dairy Queen’s fault because the stable the bag so he can’t check the bag to see if all the items are there. Anyways, I called Dairy Queen and ask them for all the employees names working the current shift. Yes I am mad and I’m allowed to ask. Things like this should be reported so they don’t make mistakes in the future. I have a busy schedule, that’s why I had to have it delivered. Small things like diary queen blizzards make me happy during my busy work schedule life. Anyways the girl on the phone says she can’t give out that information and I said “Yes you can. Your not allowed to give out numbers, shifts, or addresses, but you can definitely give out names. That’s why people where name tags.” She said “have a nice day”. And hung up on me!! I called on a different number saying “Don’t you ever hang up on a customer again.” She said “Look you -“ and I cut her off telling her about their mistakes. She said sorry with a very rude tone of voice and I said “now give me your name”. And she hung up again!!!! Are you kidding me?? I called one final time on a different number telling a different employee who answered the phone that as employees they are suppose to give a name. I told them to just give me the names or I’ll have to take this up to HT and all of their managers. The rude girl, I could hear her talking and swearing in the back-round and the phone Hung up again. Unbelievable. Mad because they made a mistake and a customer wants to complain about their mistake. That’s life, learn from your mistakes instead of being unprofessional. Read moreI went to the Dairy Queen on Flamingo and Rainbow. I am mad because one of the workers were going to short me a dollar but they didn’t . On the window it said fill in the survey within 3 days and get a free dilly bar. They didn’t give me a recite. Next time I won’t tip there . I hate the sign of you have a coin storage . It’s redicous . It look dirty from the drive through window . Hope they go on dirty dining . Will not be going back there . I will go back if they give a billion dollars . Read moreFree Cone Day!!! It was crazy busy. The drive thru line was going around the building, so we went inside. The line inside wasn’t too bad, 3 families ahead of us. But the 4 kids working were completely ignoring the inside line and just working on the drive thru! After maybe 10 mins wondering what the heck was going on, 1 kid finally came over and started taking orders. Once we got up to the register the kid was super nice and tried to make conversation while taking our order. I was a little grouchy after waiting, but his friendly attitude really helped. And he got us our cones pretty quickly...
