If I could give this location a 0 stars I would. The manager was extremely rude to the staff and customers. I placed my order and then my daughter tried to order for 2 drinks while using a coupon. The rude manager refuse to take my daughters coupon. She said since "she wasn't an adult she couldn't use a coupon or order anything because children don't count as people". I am confused as to why. My daughter was using her own money. While we were waiting for my food I another child orders something and she didn't give this child any issues. I asked her why she let him order his food he clearly wasn't an adult, she didn't respond and just walked away looking at her phone. Later I asked her what her name was and she Maria. Then she started yelling at me saying you go ahead and call the manager. This morning I called and the store manager spoke to Elizabeth and she was just as rude. She accused me of call the wrong store because I must have been at another location since there is no manager by the name of Maria. I told her I was there at 530 last night and the manager told me her name was Maria. She proceeded to argue with me over the phone and raised her voice. I told her my daughter has a right to by anything with her money she is a human being. This place was dirty and there was trash all over the floor. The ice machine wasn't working and when I asked the male cashier for ice he said I'll have to get permission to turn the ice machine back on. Then he said it was on and when I tried to use it didn't work and he didn't believe me when I said it didn't work. Then he laughed and said "I guess I forgot to turn on the switch". I agree with the other comments of how bad the store is. I will no be returning to this restaurant. And they want 15/hr that makes me laugh because they can't keep a restaurant clean, the bathroom stalls were dirty and they can't make your order right or in a timely manner. Maybe if there customer service vastly improves, they offer a cleaner restaurant and bathrooms and can get customers order right then yes I would support 15/hr. But, then I'd look into getting a better staff one who knows how to treat...
Read moreThe Asian lady at the Drive thru is a PIECE OF WORK! Its the only McDonalds near me so I'm forced to go and deal with this woman. She thinks she multitasks well, but it only causes mixups and then she will YELL AT YOU. I asked her why she was yelling at me and she said, "because you yelled first". Are we 6 years old? I was giving her my order and she wasnt putting it in like I was saying. She was putting it in how she wanted. I was trying to tell her that wasnt correct but she kept telling me it was. I had to leave the drive thru before I had to get ugly with her. She is UNBELIEVABLE. And thinks she is some DIVA. Ive ordered from here plenty of times and she's the only one who ever gives me a problem. And literally EVERY time its something. I've told management there and they apparently do nothing and think she is wonderful. I am going to continue to go here as its the closest, but I will go inside and not deal with this ignorant woman. Read moreI was kicked out as I made a purchase. Was told that I'd have to leave soon as I buy it, there's a 30-minute limit for customers. Even the customers behind me said it was rude. You need to let your short manager, not the senior but the other one know and if someone leaves and comes back in and purchases something else, their time starts again. It's only common sense.
I went next door at 2:30pm TODAY 9/13/2024 from Terribles to purchase a coffee for the Manager Of Terribles and was told that since I had already ate breakfast in there, I'd have to purchase the coffee and leave.
You guys should make it clear to your customers that you're losing already that if they do spend money more than once they can still only sit inside one time a day. GTFOH. GET YOUR TRAINING TOGETHER.
