Noodle Nest — Restaurant in Spring Valley

Just tried this place for the first time. My husband ordered the pork fried rice, and our server recommended the spicy beef rice noodles. Both dishes did not disappoint and satiated our hunger. Service is exceptional. Food was freshly cooked as ordered, so they came out steaming hot. Our server anticipated our needs, so there was no need for us to call him for anything but the check when we're ready to pay. All in all, 5 stars, and would definitely come back to try their other dishes. Would recommend them to family and friends.

Don't be deceived by the tinted glass wall in front of the entrance doors. They have a dining area behind it. Just saying because the first time we checked it out, we thought it's just a to go place. So this is actually our 2nd time to visit this place, but it's our first time...

I’m not a beef brisket noodle soup person but my friend ordered it so I tried and I didn’t give it back to him. It was THAT good! The beef was tender, broth was rich, and noodles chewy.

The black ink squid fried rice was simply perfection. The popcorn chicken was the best I’ve had. I’ve been to Taiwan and they cannot even top Noodle Nest. It is not overly salty, not so crispy that it cuts your mouth, and it is JUICY!!

This is the first time I have eaten such unpalatable boiled fish. If you don’t know how to cook it, you can choose to take it off the shelf. I was shocked when I saw it before I even started eating! If it doesn't work, you can choose to change the chef, which is also a good choice. I tried a little bit of chili and couldn't comment on anything except spicy.
