I usually have nothing but good things to say about Papa Johns – the quality of the pizza and the service of the employees is outstanding. Tonight however, I have to say I am incredibly disappointed with this location.
I ordered a large extra cheese pizza at 8:10pm. I received my email from the system letting me know it would be 55-65 minutes, so business as usual. Now, I can understand a 5-10 minute delay because of traffic or unforeseen issues, but by 9:53pm, that’s 103 minutes after I ordered and 38 minutes late, my pizza had STILL not arrived. I called store #2819 to check the status of my order and speak with the manager on duty. I was given an insincere apology for the wait and an excuse that there was a rush (at 8:10pm on a Monday night…) and the store only had 3 drivers delivering. When I asked for an updated time, the manager said he really wasn't sure but my order was out for delivery. At 38 minutes late, my pizza would have been cold (or at least not optimal) and I was beyond the point of patiently waiting. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and requested a refund.
The team on duty and the manager of the Fort Apache location in Las Vegas should be embarrassed about what happened tonight. I have been a loyal Papa Johns customer for years, and I will say that I will not order from this store again. Not only was I brushed off by the manager on duty, there was ZERO attempt at service recovery – no attempt to offer any additional services, future order credits, not even a current order discount, etc. If I wanted service like that, I would have ordered...
Read moreAfter multiple times ordering, food is always either over cooked or undercooked. If you decide to call and complain, the manager won't acknowledge your complaint, her first move will be explaining how your complaint isn't possible. Then they'll proceed to explain you either have to wait for it to be made again (forcing you to deal with DoorDash drivers texting you demanding tips) or you'll get a free item on another day. Nonrefundable. Don't even think about getting your money back. The attitude is actually impressive. Hiw can somebody treat customers so poorly and still have a job? Or at least THAT job? If you outwardly hate customers/complaints, then don't be a night manager at a pizza place who are terrible at making the food. I posted a picture of a recent comparing the first delivered item amd it's replacement. Again. The VERY FIRST THING she tried to do was explain to me how it "isn't really possible to overcook". Her awful service alone is why I'll never come back. The untrained pizza cooks...
Read moreI ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and pineapple and when I picked it up there were no pepperonis on it. I told them that I did not order a pineapple pizza I ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza. The boss said there was nothing they could do and they just get that information from a call center. I asked for my money back and they said they couldn’t refund me. I asked them to add pepperoni and put it back in the oven and they said they can’t. They said there was nothing they could do to fix my order and I couldn’t get a refund. This pizza was for my son, so I had to stop at the store to buy pepperoni and then put the pizza in the oven at my house which defeats the purpose of ordering pizza. This is the worst service ever! I can’t even imagine that any modern day business not know how to fix an order that they messed up. I would give a big fat zero if I could. I will never order from Papa John’s again. Absolutely...
