Rally's — Restaurant in Spring Valley

My friend & I went to get food when he got out of the hospital. He spent over $20. We went thru the drive-thru and waited forever, so we thought at least the food would be fresh, WRONG! The fries were OLD, cold & and uneddible, as was the spicy chicken & hamburger. So we went back & I went inside & after standing at the counter for a good 5 minutes, someone finally acknowledged me instead of chit chatting with the cook. I told them the food was old, stale & tasted terrible and asked if they could make it fresh. The lady went & talked to the manager and came to tell me that they can replace the fries, but that's it since there was one bite taken out of both sandwiches. Now yhe whole time I'm at the counter I'm looking right at a fry basket filled to the top with fries, another one with chicken nuggets or tenders and a 3rd full of what looked like hamburger patties. We were the only customers, business was SLOW, but all that food was cooked, waiting to be given to a customer. That's exactly what the lady did. She scooped up the fries from the basket sitting there so long it wasn't even dripping & the fryers weren't even hot. I could not believe it. I went back to my car & told my friend what happened & he went in there. They told him the same thing, they wouldn't make his food fresh or give his money back because he took a bite out of each one, so he asked how would I know if it was bad if I didn't taste it? Then they started saying he took too long to come back. We never left the parking lot, and it only took so long because it takes at least 5 minutes for someone to notice you standing there. We ended up leaving with no food and no money. We will never go there again, RUDE employees and...

The food is okay but the service is horrible. When I was ordering they had a computer answering after everything I ordered it just kept saying “ok”. I ordered a a1 burger and a twist strawberry cone in a cup. Then it read my total which was wrong it didn’t get the burger. I get to the window and they are irritated when I add the burger, and then say they’re out of strawberry ice cream. It’s okay when places are out of stuff but why did the machine say okay when I ordered it and why wasn’t it updated on the menu. I get the chocolate and vanilla twist but they made it in a cone not a cup. I ask for a cup because I’m driving and the lady refuses to give me a cup because they’re out, both people inside had a huge attitude and they even refused to just give me a drink cup for the cone. You have people in the drive through in cars we can’t just hold the cone while driving and they should have tried to accommodate that instead of refusing a cup that I’m looking right at it. Horrible service, false advertising and a computer ordering system that doesn’t even work and just says okay? I wanted to give this place a chance after to many bad experiences over the years but I should have...

Some Hispanic woman with glasses who works bout 40+hrs a week here decided today was the day she's going to racially profile me talking bout I was the one who came in and paid with a dollar and ran off..she had the audacity to leave her work post behind the counter and literally walk up to my car door..Harassing and profiling me..accusing me of stealing but yet somehow deciding to come back to the scene of the crime and still order

They claim they have cameras but guarantee they'll never look at the tape or give it to authorities

Why would I decide to steal then come back..and she's gonna be like u know what..God bless u..me...your the one falsely accusing me of stealing which I'm pretty sure is a sin in the Bible itself. So bless me..sweetheart u need all the blessings u can take because your short term memory is bout that of a 35yr straight stoner

Anyway..food is usually pretty good..but that Hispanic drive thru glasses lady I'm sure yal will see..she's not 100% sure who's who and might accuse u of being a celebrity..unfortunately for me she accuses me of being a thief..tomorrow she's gonna accuse some white guy name Steve of being president Biden..get help...
