Today at 12:30pm we went here. (Me, my boyfriend, and his mom). Went to eat here, she spent 30$ here for me him and her. Nastiest most disrespectful FEMALES in this restaurant. My boyfriends mom found hair in her cup and I my self found hair... IN MY CALIFORNIA BURRITO.. AND IT WAS IN THE CHEESE. My boyfriends mom went up there and said "there was hair in her burrito" and walked away trying not to complain. She didn't want money back or anything, I was suprised she hasn't blown up on them. The three littlw females probably thought we were lying to get money back and free food. One of them laughed (very rude). Honestly she treated the hispanics better than they treated Americans. I hate the service there, they were so rude. Food made me sick when i found hair on my burrito, bathroom was ghetto (full of graffiti), and they weren't wearing HAIR NETS. NEVER again coming to Robertos.. if i were you guys i wouldn't recommend eating here. Unless you want hair...
Read moreThis is my favorite Roberto's Taco Shop in Las Vegas, and I've been to many! The ladies that run the kitchen here from 4pm-midnight give great service: my food is always served fresh and promptly AND most importantly, they give very generous portions of meat and toppings on the two items I always order: chicken tostadas and chicken tacos on Wednesdays for their tacos special (chicken tacos use to be .99c, now Roberto's everywhere have raised their prices a bit, so now they are $1.39 on Wednesdays). This is so important because every other Roberto's I've been to give like a tablespoon of meat and more lettuce & cheese; these tacos at this specific location give fat tacos with nice portion of meat and toppings. Same goes for their tostadas. Can't speak for other items since I haven't ordered them, but on what I have ordered, I get consistent quality and portions, and I come here like 1x/week. I give my stamp of approval on this Roberto's...
Read moreFirst time at this location last night. Ordered two cheese burritos that were lukewarm, and two churros. The woman taking my order was dismissive and I had to repeat my order a few times for her. Normal churros, not plain. Both churros were stale as if they had been sitting and barely had any sugar on them, and no cinnamon. When I returned with my churros and brought this to their attention, everyone acted passively and one of the workers in the back passive aggressively asked if i wanted more sugar on them. He literally took both of our churros, that had been bitten, back into the back of their restaurant, and added more sugar on cold churros- IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. It was more cost effective to take a BIOHAZARD into the back of your restaurant, to rudely attempt to pacify a customer, than to make the order right the first time or actually make it properly. We threw them out. Never again, the health department should pay a...
