We finally get a high-quality ramen place on our side of town!
I went tonight with little to no expectations and wow, just wow. Sakura Ramen exceeded all of my expectations. Better yet, Sakura Ramen shattered them.
You're getting a very authentic Japanese bowl of ramen here. Probably one of the most authentic bowls of ramen in the States, to be honest. This place just opened in October 2024 and is already creating a splash in the ramen scene.
I've had my fair share of ramen in Las Vegas and I strongly think Sakura Ramen ranks very highly in the ramen shops in Sin City. The ramen scene was already hyper competitive and overly saturated in our beloved city, but somehow, Sakura Ramen has quickly established itself as a strong contender. I'd put Sakura Ramen in the same tier as Ramen Boys and yes, that is a very strong and bold statement.
I got Tonkotsu Black, which is my go-to at most ramen shops, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The broth was rich, complex and incredible. I normally don't finish my broth with ramen, but tonight was a completely different story at Sakura Ramen. The Ajitama was also cooked to perfection The yellow yolk was glistening and was rich with so much flavor. The noodles were also delicious - so good that I had to get an extra order!
Overall, I'm a big fan. The service and ambiance of the place was also spectacular. I'm definitely adding Sakura Ramen to my list of top ramen places in the world. I'm already...

My work week has been hectic and I'll admit I have not been in the mood to cook dinner at all. So for me one of my many comfort foods is Ramen. I can indulge in a great broth and just let the day melt away.
Upon entering was quickly greeted and ushered over to a table. Menus were given and drink order was taken. The customer service at first was on point. Until a reviewer/influencer came in and all the customer service went to that person and not the other patrons including myself in the restaurant at the time.
Opted for the Yuzu White Peach drinks, Chicken Karaage, Garlic Edamame, Tsukemono,Gyoza, Tonkatsu Black, Tonkatsu Signature, and Warabi Mochi. The broth on the Tonkatsu Black was my highlight.
Interior is quaint. There are not alot of seating arrangements so if you are planning to dine in come early. Everything was very clean l. Music was playing in the background.
Would recommend- pricing is typical for Ramen houses now a days. The customer service at first was very courteous and hospitable until it wasn't. It was obvious to tell the other patrons were disappointed by this as well. The restaurant is still in its new phase so hopefully they will work out their snafus.
