2021.12-21/MON: It was recommended by Mikey Chen so we decided to check it out! It was awesome! It was a Monday night and we made reservations for 5:30 p.m. Thank Goodness! They started to get packed right around 6 p.m.

The service was great. Our server was friendly and made some good drink suggestions since it was our first time there and we weren't familiar with the drink selections. We had a Peach Soju Cocktail which complimented our food. She was attentive and the service was fast when it came to ordering meats and additional sides. The conveyor belt service was designed well. They should place a sign on the conveyor belt food carrier to not place dirty dishes on the carrier. I thought it was hilarious to see people place their dirty dishes on it. Plus, I'm sure that food carrier wasn't designed to carry much weight. Either way, the conveyor belt service was a good idea and I was afraid it would confuse people. Being that it comes out right after you order anything, I can see how it's fail proof to screw up an order if your party is sat in a particular way. They seriously have to time it right. Plus the food carrier will tell you to please take your food. Just remember to grab it quickly or else out will return to the station. I saw the table next to us leave two sides and the carrier went back to the station. The attendant left it on the carrier and added two more sides then it went to another table. I'm not sure if the table next to us received the sides they didn't grab. The hosts need to do a better job with seating tables so the kitchen and the servers don't get hit all at once. With our server, they sat her with two large parties and next thing you know, the rest of her section was sat at once.

I fell in love with the Beef Belly immediately. I also enjoyed the Beef Brisket as well. The Beef Tongue was also delicous. The temperature on the grill couldn't have been more perfect. The thin meats were cooked just right. We ordered those three items several times.

The Garlic Shrimp was also insanely good. We weren't too thrilled about it coming out not peeled because it was difficult and messy to peel them after they were cooked. The best new item I've never had before and I thoroughly enjoyed was their bowl of Cold Noodles. What the heck was this heaven in a bowl? It's so refreshing and I adored the broth. I couldn't figure out what it was made of but it was delicious!! I can taste a little bit of vinegar and cucumber but I couldn't figure out the rest.

There were also Kalbi Beef Ribs with the bone in. Also a score. The boneless Beef Ribs were okay, too. Nothing to go crazy over, flavor-wise. The New York Strip had more gristle than we expected but it was tasty. Same thing with the Rib Eye, it was okay. The Pork Belly was also another good one! Delicous. We also ordered the Bimbimbap and they give you the perfect serving so you're not filling up on the rice. That was delicious, too. Their Kimchi was my number one favorite side. So flavorful and it tasted so good, I just wanted to eat it without pairing it with anything else! We also ordered the Cheese Corn and that was flavorful, too. Everything came out super fast so you're really not waiting at all which generally happens at crazy busy Korean BBQ places all the time. At Master Kim's, not an issue! Or we just happened to visit before the rush.

They do get extremely busy so I would suggest to make reservations if you can because I'm sure their waitlist was insane because when we were leaving, there was a line out the door! That explains the wait for our dessert but we just asked her when we saw her. The poor server had her whole section sat at once along with two large parties so we understood what went on. Plus we were already done and just waiting on dessert. We were happy we got there before the rush! We'll definitely be back because the meat quality...

My family and I first experienced this restaurant several years ago, and although I don't recall exactly what was ordered/cooked, all I can remember is that the experience was awesome enough to want to return for another visit. We decided to visit this restaurant in the evening of 1 Jun 2024. I didn't make any reservations, and quite frankly, I'm not certain if they accept reservations, so we just walked in and placed our name on the waiting list. The wait time wasn't that bad, then again, it was after "normal" dinner hours. The one thing about restaurants in Las Vegas is that the majority of the time (not all the time), you're going to be waiting for an open table for at least 20-30 minutes if you didn't make a reservation, or if you have more than two people in your group (when doing a walk-in). At least that's what I've noticed from living here for 10+ years.

When our time finally arrived, the hostess escorted us to our table. She asked if we needed an explanation of the menu which was appreciative because I wasn't in the mood to read through the menu to try and figure the ins and outs to the all you can eat (AYCE) concept. I know that a lot of Korean AYCE BBQs are typically the same concept, but there have been some differences that I've experienced in the past. Our main server, Justin C., did such a remarkable job for our table! Has anyone ever experienced a Korean AYCE BBQ restaurant to which you had to go hunting for the server to get more food or any type of service? I have...and it's never fun especially when you're hungry. You won't get that type of awful treatment here. Needless to say, Justin was highly attentive; he moved at a fast, yet safe speed; he also was very professional and efficient. In a nutshell, the customer service that evening (and during my initial visit) were extraordinary!

This restaurant offers three different AYCE packages, to include ordering off the menu, a la carte. However, we opted for the AYCE (B) package because I felt the meat included in that package was adequate enough for us. For me, as long as I see Kalbi in the package deal, I'm game! The entire evening, we tried the Kalbi (of course), Spicy Pork Bulgogi, Organic Kurobuta Pork Belly (an extreme must-have); Beef Brisket, Kimchi Pancake, Kimchi Jjigae, side of Romaine Lettuce, Banchan, Beef Bulgogi, Tteokbokki (Spicy Rice Cake), Green Tea Ice Cream, and Pistachio Ice Cream. The food here is superb and we all left very happy and extremely full.

Overall, I was immensely satisfied with this restaurant. The prices are reasonable/affordable and match the food quality, service, and atmosphere. A couple minor things for the restaurant: (1) I recommend that you place a little more effort in the bathroom, specifically the toilet paper and paper towel stock and overall cleanliness; and (2) look into a better ventilation system because during both of my visits, it was very smoky in the restaurant. Aside from that, this restaurant is astounding. I also appreciate and respect this restaurant's support to the servicemembers of this country, to include its Veterans. I profoundly recommend this AYCE restaurant to everyone - you won't be...

OMG this place is amazing! 5 Stars without hesitation.

We tried another Korean BBQ all you can eat on Rainbow and Desert Inn that did their best to prevent you from ordering more than 1 meat each per turn and were obviously slow in their delivery to save costs so I want sure I wanted to try another restaurant if they were all like that but my fiance wanted to take me somewhere nice and OMG am I glad he picked here!

The service was great, the table grill was great, the quality of the food was spectacular, the speed of service was top notch, the sides were great, the portions of each type of meat were large, the quality of the meats and marinades made everything tender and delicious... Literally the only thing that I would change would be to have a salt and pepper shaker on the table and a small dish of oil and a brush to coat the grill plates so things don't stick so much. The salt oil and 2 other dipping sauces are super tasty but the beef mainly comes unspiced and a bit of oil on the grill and a sprinkle of salt while cooking would take the beef from a solid 9 to an 11. I asked for lemon wedges for the chicken and squid and that took both to a notch above their already great taste.

I know, I'm gushing... But seriously, after my 1st experience at another place being so disappointing, I can't stop praising this restaurant and I'm not exaggerating.

Being able to order a bunch of stuff at one time meant that we could let the chicken cook through while munching on the thin sliced brisket that cooked in seconds and eat the thicker sliced beef with onions that cooked at about the sane length of time. At the end we literally asked him "did we miss any of the One-Per-Customer types?" and he checked our orders and sent over the last of the expensive cuts because he wanted to be sure we felt we got our money's worth. We did.

I'm glad we started with the expensive package because it was delicious but now we have tried a bit of everything and know that when we come back we would be good with the least expensive option since we both seem to prefer the lesser priced meats. We'll go through a TON of Sliced beef brisket and chicken next time we go and not really miss the fattier expensive cuts simply because of personal preference.

If you like marbled beef and cuts like NY Strip and Rib Eye you should go with the 3rd package. It is worth it.

So yeah, I don't think we'll try anywhere else for KBBQ. This place has everything we wanted at a reasonable price with...

My group was a little disappointed as I had convinced them to come and try it. They were afraid they wouldn't understand how to eat it properly and therefore enjoy it or themselves and I assured them that it was a communal experience to enjoy as a group or family and that everything would be explained. Promptly upon seating I explained that we were all virgins (though I was not) and asked our server to "please walk us through each step and explain what everything is". At a premium price tag for new customers this should not be looked over and I felt like it was. The value of the food we consumed did not match the price tag and that is because nothing was explained. NOTHING was explained by the server... and therefore we didn't order enough or eat enough to make it feel worth the value we spent. Half the group felt pretty deflated after the first round and hadn't touched any Bandhan. It wasn't made clear that shaved radish was available or I'd of ordered that to show my friends how to eat with it. I didn't even really see a menu because there wasn't one. When I went online all I saw we're photos of a menu I couldn't read and assumed we would see one in person.. we were then instructed to use a QR code and a menu popped up upon scanning it.. half of us lwft our phones in the car as we anticipated to eat and talk and not look at our phones and While cellphones are largely personal items, those who had them saw the menu and those who didn't have a phone did not see the menu. Unfortunately the people who had cellphones were first timers and couldn't navigate the menu correctly and didn't understand what they were going to get. They already started to feel defeated. By the time our meats were on the grill nothing had been explained as I promised it would have and we were well on our way. Too late at this juncture as it was loud and fast.
