Dunkin' — Restaurant in Spring

Terrible service. Came in around 9:30 am and was told they didn't have any doughnuts or the spooky ones that are in all of your ads that I came in for or any of the breakfast sandwiches on the menu. I was told that all I could buy is munchkin donut holes or the basic premade donuts behind the counter. Asked to speak to the manager was told there isn't one there. Left and called back and spoke to a girl who said she is a shift lead (her name was Emily). I asked to speak to the store manager and she said he wasn't there until 12. I said okay I will call back. Emily then gets angry and insists over and over again I tell her what's so important I need a manager and that she can handle all complaints. I then explain to her what had just happened when I was in the store. She automatically starts making excuses with a huge attitude the whole time. Half of the excuses being inaccurate. The line was not out of the driveway and all the way down the road. There was like 5 cars in the drive thru maybe if even that many. The line in the store was like 4 customers long. This girl does not need to be working in customer service at all. She was rude from the time she answered the phone, up until she hung up on me when I asked for her name. She heard me ask and then hung up because she obviously knew she was being rude. I had to call the store back four times just to get her name because after she hung up on me they wouldn't pick the phone up. Eventually someone named Kim answered and gave me her name. I have to say that is the worst customer service I've had in a while and for it to be coming from someone saying they are in charge is not a great look...

I typically order form this place a lot to help get through my studies but this last time was kind of wild to me. I order on doordash and i wait like 30 min which is strange cause i live like 10 minutes away, i look at the app and find a message from my dasher. They say the employee they're talking to is telling them that my order was "already picked up." which doesnt make sense to me. If an order is picked up on door dash you cannot close it without interferance from the company itself, I never got a notification that it was picked up, and the order itself wasnt new/ wasnt a reorder, so even doordash did not register it as picked up. if a dasher stole it thats different, but i would expect someone with the order open on their phone telling the employee hey im here for this order would at lest get a proper response about what happened to my order. No biggie tho I cancel it (cause again no one picked it up) talk to door dash, get some credits, and try to reorder... Tell me why they were giving my dasher a hard time getting the order then on top of that intentionally messed with my drink. Again I order this drink all the time, so the difference was noticable. There was about 4x more syrup in the drink than what i ordered and it wasnt blended at all, the syrup was sitting at the bottom of the drink. To top it all off they didnt give me my full order??? Dont order from here on doordash at least. Idk if they were busy or training a new hire whatever it was, it was a waste of...

My Brother and I went to the DunkinDonuts/BaskinRobbins hoping to get a smoothie and some coffee. After taking a second to decide, I was getting ready to order when he told me to wait. After 5 minutes of waiting at the drive thru, I finally am allowed to order I ask for a Flat White. The guy I'm talking to has no idea, so he passes the headset to another girl who slurs everything she says. After correcting me on my own order, I change my mind and get basic coffee. They said thank you before I could order our smoothie. I asked again to order a smoothie. They say thank you with no total and I role up. We get up to the window where we see a guy who doesn't work there rubbing his girlfriend who stumbles around the restaurant with her phone in her hand. They then tell me prices have been raised. I pay because I don't care anymore. We then get the wrong order, with the smoothie being completely different. My brother goes inside to record them incorrectly make the correct menu item with a guy who doesn't work there who smells like weed, and a drunk lady, and the new guy who has no idea what's going on. As soon as we leave they lock the door 15 minutes early. Hope the owner fixes this, because this is a road to bankruptcy. I will never...
