Never. I say never buy anything from this store. Manager is fine. Workers has no knowledge of there own products. Tell me to google to find out about the product. I bought a grill from them last 2 weeks. They had a special spend over 400 Free assembly and free delivery. They just pick a random grill. Didnt let us pick the one we want. To see if all parts were there. Didnt know we be getting the floor model The delivery driver just drop off the grill front patio in the rain. Never call or text to tell us they are coming. Or drop off the grill. Heavy rain. So we had to dry it off and check to see if all parts are there and if all works properly. We spend 600 dollars for a nice grill. Not a cheap one. Nothing works. The assembly was horrible. So luckily the manager giannis. Help us to find a good one without missing part. Everything works. Bow waiting for the delivery. That they dont give any time window. If you request a time window. That extra charge. Under the past circumstances. How they deliver it. You will think they make sure i get it soon as possible. I waited all day. Night time still not here. Calling the store all day. Put on hold Several hours. And several attempt. That they never answer there phone. This is home depot. Who claim service with goos quality merchandise. They need to train there staff in product knowledge. And stop using click bait advertising to sell a grill. If you going to offer a service of assembly and delivery. Make sure you have same standards what you promoting. Not some company that dont know what they are doing. Finally answer your phone. Pay someone to works the phone. Ridiculous that the phone can ring and ring. No one answer or know anything about what your company doing. Dont offer a service that you have no info about. Or who you subcontract to deliver your product. Shame. I always buy stuff from home depot. This location need better training. And the managers need to know exactly what their workers are doing. Just answer the phone! No store is that busy Im in...
Read moreI don't usually leave reviews even if I had a subpar experience, but I've absolutely had it with this place. Not once have I ever received decent help from the workers here. When I ask "hey where can I find this?" I'm told "Not my department can't help you". Like they can't take 5 seconds to point me in a general direction or radio someone who can help me.
Today, I went with my dad to get some lumber and when we found what we needed he pointed to the price tag. It was listed $1.27 and he had pointed it out because he didn't want them to pull a bait n' switch. We get to the line, and it's exceptionally long today. We wait 10+ minutes and when we get to the checkout and scan the tag we find that it's over $3 a piece. We hailed the checkout worker and explained the issue. He said we didn't have to buy it. We hailed another worker and she said we would have to put it back if we didn't want to buy it and that she wouldn't help us because "lumber isn't her department". I swear this is their go to excuse for everything. I set the lumber in the middle of the floor and told them "I'd put it back but I don't work in lumber". They never moved the lumber or anything they just let it inconvenience everyone by having them walk around it. She then accused us of not knowing how to read. I understand that these two workers didn't set the price, but customer relations is part of their job and they would rather ignore us in the middle of a problem that their team caused. I'm not naming names either because I'm not going after anyone's jobs, especially in this economy. It's not an issue exclusive with these two employees either, it's the whole store as far as I've experienced it. They need to retrain their whole staff. People make mistakes, but this is literally a bait & switch which is illegal, and they showed 0 effort in helping us. I will not be returning to this home depot and from now on will take my business to Community Hardware, and Ace Hardware because workers there actually put in amazing...
Read moreI have used this store many times in the past for small garden projects, but would strongly discourage from utilizing their flooring department. My husband and I went into the store to learn more about their new laminate, Pergo Outlast. It took us easily 10 minutes to hunt down a flooring associate, who simply guided us to the end cap with the Outlast samples. Already quite underwhelmed. We were ready to make a commitment that day and were not asked any questions. After taking a few samples home, we scheduled an in home measurement online. I received an email confirmation within a few hours. One of our dogs was recently very sick and unfortunately ruined our family room carpets, so we were anxious to have measurements done to then have floors installed as soon as possible. I did not hear from any associate on the day of the scheduled measurement (today), so I called the store. Eight times. I finally requested a manager because the other associates were simply transferring me to the flooring department, where I was disconnected each time after about 6 rings. Theresa, one of the managers, was helpful and discovered that my payment did not process so there was no record of my request on their end, despite receiving an email with a measure number and measure date with my payment showing as processed. No appointments were available for the next few days, which was frustrating as we were hoping for new flooring ASAP since numerous dog diarrhea and vomit stains (even after steam cleaning) are not delightful to live with. After cancelling with this store, I promptly called another Home Depot and was promptly and pleasantly greeted by someone in their flooring department and she was very thorough and made an appointment at that moment. Thank you to that Home Depot, but no thank you to the Spring Home Depot. Despite this location being closer to my home, I will no longer...
