I grew up eating kolaches, kolbrats, and cheese rolls. This store looks like they make good kolaches but they don't. It is just stale re microwaved bread. They do not keep up with coffee. It is not hot nor cold but luke-warm. They do not replace coffee, so when it is empty, you cannot have any even if you paid for it.

I walk in with my wife and order a kolbrats (ham-n-cheese in a blanket) and two cups of coffee. The cashier takes the kolbrats from the shelf and puts it into the microwave to toughen the roll so that I can gnaw on it like a leather glove. While the microwave is roaring and inserting radiation into Wilber, I am choosing a coffee. "Quite a selection" I think to myself but my first choice was empty. So I try my second choice....Empty also. I ask if there will be any more coffee made and the reply was "no, if it is empty try another one." So, I go along with this and try again until I finally get one that is not empty. I sip to tastes the coffee and it was not hot. Nor was it cold. It was room temperature! I try again to try to find a coffee that had something other than the stale feeling of the very place I was standing. No satisfaction was given. Ding! there's my kolbrat! I race to tast and was again, dis-satisfied. We asked for our money back for the coffee and left. Never again, fake kolache store,...

This place is terrible. I went there for some kolaches and the lady who helped me was a bit rude. Then when I completed my order, it was time to pay. I asked where is the contactless payment option and she said we don't have that. Ok, I understand that not every establishment offers this option but the door had TWO stickers displaying this option. After I payed I asked who her manager was (english and spanish) she said I don't know. So I asked for their number and she said it's on the receipt, but she didn't give me one. So she circled and gave it to me. This is a bit weird and bit of a let down... I understand that several places don't offer this option but if you advertise this then you should. After all we are trying to keep everyone safe from the virus that has killed several people. Any other day this wouldn't have bothered me but her entire attitude and approach of this instance was subpar. I don't recommend this place unless you want to get service with a side of...

The kolaches are good.... there Is something wrong with the people that they have at the front, the new guy gets my order wrong, this happened 4 already.the lady with black hair always seems to be in a bad mood and is always giving attitude to customers. it’s obvious that they don’t care about customer service, or else they wouldn’t be having her in the front. The older lady gets frustrated when you ask her something because she doesn’t understand what you are saying, being that she doesn’t speak English..I don’t know what happened to the other lady that worked there she was polite, speak English and had the patience to deal with customers. She would always let me know what was their special of the month and always offer something to drink and end my service with a (HAVE...

I have heard only good things about this place over the years! This is my first visit and I am impressed. Liana was very attentive and quick, and speaks enough English to deliver the best service. The brightly lit restaurant has plenty of seating, it’s very quiet, and has more than enough selection of kolaches, including croissants. The dough was pleasantly sweet, and every filling was extremely flavorful. I had the barbecue, chicken and cheese, and enchilada. They have Colombian coffee as well. I took off a star because they do not have iced coffee, alternative sweeteners, and non-dairy creamer. If I could eat someplace for breakfast every day without consequence, I would go here!

The food tastes ok, however we found a sharp piece of plastic in my hubby's kolache and when we approached the cashier she shrugged her shoulders and did nothing, not even get a manager. They are very lucky he didnt get hurt but maybe the next people will be sue happy.
