12-18-2023. 3:45pm Early dinner at Cicis Pizza. Store #75 My friends suggested your restaurant and that they were craving pizza. So, we came to your location. Our experience in your restaurant started out on a good note. We paid for our meals, served ourselves, and found a place to sit. Unfortunately, the three slices of pizza that I serve myself looked good, but when I went to take a bite of them, the first slice, which was a spinach and cheese, it was completely cold and inedible. The other two slices that I served myself were pepperoni and the other one was sausage. The other pizza slices weren't that bad, but they to were also cold. The salad was good! The mixed lettuce and spinach were very tasty, but it would have been nice to have had more options for toppings. Plus, it would have been helpful if the salad dressings had been labeled... it was a guessing game. When my friends and I were having our meal I noticed a pretty good flow of new customers, but I never once saw any new pizzas being ordered, cooked and served to your customers. So by this time, I was very curious!! So, I decided to watch and see how long it would take for your employees to start refreshening the food, and putting out more pizza. By the time the pizzas on the counter were down to one or two slices left per-pizza choices, it was when I noticed your employees making a huge dash to start cooking again. Of course by that time, what was left on the counter before the new pizzas arrived were inedible, cold and old. So, by the time the fresh pizzas arrived on the counter, I was feeling at least not so hungry and I could concentrate. When I first arrive in your establishment, and while I was serving myself, I did noticed your dining room was quite a bit dirty. So, when I went back up to get another serving of pizza, after the fresh pizzas were served, I started noticing that where the clients, your customers, had been sitting and eating that no one/ employees had come out to clean the stations. So with that being said, that meant that your next customers would have to sit in someone else's filth! When I finished eating I needed to go and freshen up so I went to the ladies room. When I got into the ladies room I noticed it was also needing some TLC. I was happy to see that the garbage cans were not overflowing, but there was toilet paper and paper towels on the floor. When I was leaving the ladies room, with a paper towel in hand to open the door, I noticed a form on the back of the door. The notice was pretty standard. Your basic information; the day of the week, the hour of the day, and an area for someone to sign off showing that they had checked and cleaned the bathroom. The funny thing was, that whomever signed the form, mind you it was only around 4:00pm, had already initialed all the way up till 8:00 p.m. So by this time, I was quite disgusted and grossed out! Well, now it was time for me and my friends to go about our day. So we cleaned up our table by throwing away our trash and putting our plates where noted on the garbage station. The funny thing about the garbage station was, it had a note stating to keep it clean. But, the whole top of the station was covered in spilled drink and food. I also noticed a gentleman about 30 minutes before removing the plates from the station, but the countertop was still not cleaned off. So by this time, my friends had gone out to the car while I went up to the front desk to get information regarding this restaurant... the manager's name, the corporate phone number. I just felt that the issues that I have mentioned, needed to be addressed. So by this time, a young gentleman came up to the front counter and he asked me if there was something he could do to help me. I told him of my concerns of the condition of the restaurant and all the above. At the end of this ordeal, I found out that the guy I was talking to, was the manager. So with a child like behavior; rude and disrespectful, he informed me that there was nothing i could do regarding him or this unmanaged restaurant!

We picked the wrong night to visit this CiCis. Apparently they get the supply truck on Sunday nights and they don’t order enough to get through the whole week. They probably should’ve just closed to avoid bad reviews or offered free drinks or discounts to make up for the short comings because there were too many things one could complain about. 1 person eating free and a free drink or two and I would’ve kept my 1 star review to myself. But we’ll start with the internet being down, so cash only. Luckily I had enough cash for my family of 5. The sign at the door said no ranch and no straws. Almost a deal breaker because I wanted a salad and I only like ranch but that was before I saw it was an iceberg lettuce salad so I opted out anyway. Had to walk around the entire restaurant looking for a CLEAN table big enough to accommodate all 5 of us. Found none so we sat at 2 separate tables. Another family said we looked like them looking for a clean table. Floors were dirty. Bathroom was gross. No one cleaned the common area in the 1.5 hr that we were there (1 hour prior to close) We got a refund for our drink because there was no lemonade, Fanta orange, or flavored tea. My kids only like lemonade so that was a bummer. No marinara sauce. They said they only had enough for the pizzas. I have 1 picky kid that wanted pasta with marinara so I paid for her to get in and just watch us eat. I don’t eat meat so I ordered a speciality veggie pizza and they never announced when it was up, I just had to walk up and find out. The Alfredo sauce for the pasta is super thin and watery, looked disgusting. It was next to a very old dried out one that didn’t look appetizing either. No complaints about the staff although they greeted us with a “cash only” but they at least said “have a good night” when we were leaving. Probably won’t come back to this location. Should’ve spent my $48 on dominos.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I’m the mother to a 5yo nonverbal pizza. Today was his first visit (and mine in decades). Upon arrival he didn’t want to stay (there were a lot of people and it was a new place) We were welcomed by Elias and my son was starting to have a meltdown because he’s never done well in a restaurant. Elisa’s was very patient and kind and understanding of my son and his unavailability to express his feelings. I asked if I could show my son the restaurant before making a final decision to stay and the whole time he never made me feel as if my son were causing any kind of issues by doing so. Once my son decided to stay, while dad was paying, he said he noticed my son had a lightning McQueen car in his hand (which is 100% his comfort item) and offered to put the cars movie on for him. I will say in the 5 years of my sons life this is THE BEST EXPERIENCE, and the best example of patience, acceptance, and kindness we have ever received from anyone. Elias is the reason I’m writing this review, he went above and beyond to make my sons first time THE BEST TIME! Thank Elias! I have a feeling we will be back for more pizza!!

UPDATE to my original post .... While this location is a franchise, it was the Corporate Office who returned my call. I spoke to the nicest lady. She listened to my concerns and was extremely helpful. She stated that while she has noted the content of my voice mail, she wanted to speak with me directly. She also informed me that her report will be sent to the operator of this location and mentioned that it won't be Gabbi, but someone higher than her. Its a nice feeling to know that while this location is a franchise, Corporate is now aware of the issue and will notify the franchise/ operator. She stated that the operator should also be calling me. We shall see ....

We walked into Cicis earlier today and we ordered. After we ordered we were told they were taking cash only since the internet was down. I was a bit surprised since I hadn't noticed a sign, nor was I told this prior to ordering. I questioned this and was told the internet had just gone down. Unfortunately I only had $20 in cash, our tab was almost $33. The guy I was dealing with was very pompous and arrogant in how he spoke to us. We stepped outside and waited a few minutes, we returned inside and asked if the internet had come back up .... I was told it would be over an hour, that the outage was area wide. I then asked to speak with the manager (only because of the current employees demeanor). I was informed that the arrogant guy I was dealing with was a manager, his name is Justin. I asked for the contact information to the district manager. He gave me the name of Gabbi, but told me he wouldn't give me her number because she didn't want to be bothered. At this point, Justin is being flat out rude and I advised him to bring it down a notch, that he wasnt that special. He held up a piece of paper with a phone number that said "complaints" on it. I wrote the number down. Justin then turned around and pointed to a sign saying that they could refuse service. We were told to leave and if i refused to leave he'd call the police. I was a bit surprised since the interaction between us did not escalate nor was it headed in that direction. It was really a bizarre situation honestly. I'll never step foot back into that establishment. I called the number, its an endless menu unless you know an extension. I left a message, but probably will never hear from anyone. My daughter and I will let others know of our experience. I'm not one to write reviews .... mostly this one is to warn others of any interaction with the said "manager"...
