Before I go into the negatives, I want to share that the only reason this location got any stars is because of Happy, and the call center reps. Not sure if I’m spelling or saying her name right, but she’s who was at the front on the day of my pick up. However, my company purchased individual pizzas for every single associate. We initially tried the closest location to us, showing open on the website, but the location is actually closed, so we chose the Rayford location. When the pizzas were picked up, supposedly they were checked, but when they were disbursed, they were wrong. Specifically, my pizza in which we were told could be replaced. When I visited for my replacement, Tara, which whom I’m guessing is the manager gave me such a hard time about the credit that was supposed to be in the system. The pizza was already made, and good customer would have called for the replacement order to simply be fulfilled and worked out on the back end. Not only did I waste my time, but I was made to look like I wasn’t being honest, even with the evidence in my hand. Because I was actually afraid of what they might do to my food if I reordered then and there, I chose to go back on a different day when the call center rep told me the credit wouldn’t expire. When I went back a week later, the order was again entered incorrectly and burnt. Happy was so patient with me because I was very frustrated and overwhelmed. She had my order out promptly after that. The final product was delicious but my only complaint, which I see may be a trend from another review, and a need to better box material, is that my pizza was...
Read moreIf I could leave 0 stars I would! NEVER order from this place! Placed an order at 9:30pm, They close at 11pm. Told us our order would be 40 min and had already paid for it with a credit card. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!! After calling three times and being told I was being transferred and getting disconnected, I called again and sat on the phone for an hour!! I explained to the person our situation and she said, "What's happening is you are getting our call center and being transferred to the store (when I was calling the store number) and they aren't answering." I asked what are we supposed to do now? After the longest hardest day our car is out of service and we have three hungry kids and she just says "Umm, I don't know. You won't be getting your order tonight." Are you kidding me?!?!?! So I was again transferred to a manager of the call center who then tried to call the driver and any managers higher up in corporate to tell me that they can't reach anyone at the store and all they can do is offer us a free pizza. I said we ordered pizzas, chicken, bread sticks etc. What abt my daughter who can't have pizza?? I told them we deserve a refund and want our order we placed when they open in the morning. There's nothing they can do. Never again!! Called Domino's who is open til midnight and smooth sailing. Mind you this whole process took so long that we won't eat til after midnight. I am so disgusted with Pizza Hut....
Read moreI ordered wings and dipping sauces almost $60 for lunch for myself, 4 toddlers and handicapped mother. The reason I’m writing this review is because of the reaction and attitude of the manager. When I called back to let him know I didn’t receive my dipping sauces and the wings were dry he said the employee said he put it on there. I told the manager I’m looking at some dry wings hardly nothing is on there. I asked him to remake my order he actually had a bad attitude about that. I told him I took pictures and if he wanted me to email or text the pictures. A remake is a request that is expected when you mess up someone’s order. He then says “it’s going to be a really really, I mean really long time before we can get back out there” trying to discourage me. Then he said he wanted the food back so he can see it. You can have all these dry wings. I know my toddlers aren’t going to wait an additional 2 hours for lunch. Stuff happens, but Pizza Hut Manager, you should really work on your customer service. He didn’t even apologize for the...
