Spring Asian Cuisine — Restaurant in Texas

I have been ordering from this restaurant for a long time. I recently placed an order, was told when it would be delivered, and watched the delivery driver deliver our food to the wrong house. I wasn’t positive it was actually my food, so I waited a small time before calling the restaurant to inquire about my order. I placed a call to the restaurant and was replied “it was already delivered, you should check your door.” I explained the situation, and was told the delivery was dropped off by the driver at the wrong house. The front desk person then added in the delivery driver to our call— now a 3-way call. She explained someone at the door received our food. I understand this would be confusing because if they did not order it, why did they accept it? None the less, now my food is in another persons home and I would like a new order. The front desk woman agrees and we all hang up, satisfied. Next, the delivery driver calls my phone separately, to ask me if I could just go over to my neighbors home and take my food back, instead of delivering a new order. I respectfully decline, and she proceeds for the next 2 minutes to respond “it is a long way back to that house. Can you just go get it from them? They didn’t order the food so they probably haven’t eaten any of it yet.” I again decline, proceed to call back the front desk and ultimately request a cancellation and refund. I couldn’t believe instead of just replacing my wrongly delivered order, they wanted me to go to someone else’s home and grab my food back from them. I found a new place which I enjoyed all the better. It’s a shame and hope they work on their customer service in situations...

While placing my order online, I ran into the error message below over a dozen times, forcing me to refresh and start over with the ordering process. I should have taken that as a sign and given up then. It took roughly 45 minutes to have my order delivered despite the fact that I live within 1/4 mile of the location, but it’s a Saturday night so when I paid with cash I tipped generously. I opened up my order to find that a disaster. I had ordered fried wontons (not crab puffs) and expected cheese wontons. Instead, there was absolutely no stuffing whatsoever, only crispy, empty wonton. And despite me asking specifically for extra soy sauce, I was given a total of three packets for a meal that could easily fill 2-3 people. When I called to let the restaurant know and request a partial refund, the man on the phone told me they were crab wontons and not cheese. When I tried to explain that there was no stuffing in them at all, he became very frustrated and raised his voice saying that he wasn’t going to talk about the wontons anymore. He shouted back and forth with who he claimed was the owner the entire time he was on the phone with me, and refused to issue any type of refund. As far as the food I was able to eat - the egg rolls and sweet and sour chicken was sub-par and the fried rice was mushy and over cooked. It all tasted like it was several days old and I couldn’t risk getting...

First time ordering and was hopeful due to photos and overall rating. What we got was completely unexpected. All dishes tasted rancid, like play dough or old ingredients. We got General Tso Chicken, Beef with vegetables, side fried rice, and full meal of house special fried rice. The last one was the worst, none of our kids will even eat it because the rancid smell and taste is so off putting. $15 dish down the drain. The beef was good but the sauce and vegetables had that same rancid taste. General Tso had it too but less noticeable, probably due to the spice covering it up. The side rices were only edible with extra sauce to cover up the taste. There were not any fortune cookies, no big deal but a bit of a letdown for an already disappointing meal. And now we have to make something else for dinner. Don’t think we’ll be ordering here again.
