Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Texas

I’ve been coming to Dutch Bros for a little over a year now, and it has quickly become the highlight of my day. I used to go to the shop on Stuebner, but when Rayford opened up, I started going there because it’s closer to home. While Stuebner is still an amazing store, Rayford takes it as the number one shop.

I go to Dutch Bros at least once every day, and I’ve grown great connections to all of the Broistas. They remember my name, small stories about my life that I tell them, and even share some stories about themselves. Since opening day, I have never had a poor experience there. I can tell that the people there truly enjoy working together, and they are able to rely on each other when there’s a huge line going all the way near the Kroger parking lot.

I exclusively drink green teas, and all of the flavors are awesome. My favorites have been Eclipses, Sweet Sunrises, and Ray of Sunshine’s with passion fruit.

Now understandably this was my first time, but the Service not so much that it was slow… or the atmosphere was bad, or the food was horrible (never got to taste). The young woman who took my order was very shy but it was the drive thru attendant who I have an issue with. 10 min … 10 MINUTES of chatting and playing with the dogs in the car. Now I’m all for dogs, I LOVE DOGS, but to keep talking when there were 4 cars behind me?! Is Absolutely absurd! Honestly have had issues with this location. I was so excited since it’s right next to me. My go to order is a freeze and I guess their machine is messed up because it was weirdly all foam, it also tasted off. I was met with attitude and told them I was just going to pick a different drink since they were acting like they didn’t know what to do. I’ve been a few times and it’s definitely not up to par with the other locations as far as friendliness. Every time I’ve been the workers are just talking to each other. Let me know if this changes!
