It should be known that it takes a LONG time for me to get to the point of aggravation that I am at. I usually try to be understanding. However, this Taco Bell location has made it extremely difficult not to feel unappreciated and dismissed every time I visit–every time. My daughter wanted some lunch today. She wanted it delivered, but I suggested we order it and run up to the front of our neighborhood where it is. My wife ordered it on Doordash, because we have had multiple issues ordering the Beef Quesorito on the Taco Bell App in the past. For some reason, they are unable to make it if you show up to the restaurant. Apparently, the app sends the secret instructions on how to make said Quesorito to the crew, and they instantly forget it.
Anyway, we arrived in the drive-through line, and waited a few minutes to get to the speaker; once there, I ordered a drink and said, my daughter has an order she placed on door dash. The lady said, "We can't give you your order through the window, and you have to come inside." I said okay, thinking I would explain at the window. So after arriving at the window, I tried to explain that my daughter,( sitting beside me) ordered her food through Doordash and asked if she could hand it to us, as we were in our pajamas and not dressed for the 20-degree weather. "Nope," she replied, "they won't let us hand it through the window." I said, "Well, we are in our pajamas, and it is cold." "I understand, I'm cold too!–I've been at this window since 7AM," she retorted. So I drove around, parked, got out walked into the restaurant in my pajamas with house slippers. On the counter was our order, ready to go. I looked up, and the lady at the window was not 15 feet from the counter. I stood there for about 2 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. It should note that no customers were in line waiting to place an order. Finally, the woman at the window approached and said, "Can I help you?" "Yes," I responded, "I need to speak to the manager." She then shared that she was one of the managers, and two other employees of the 8 joined her at the counter. After stating how ridiculous I thought this situation was, she said, "It's the policy." I said I respected policies; however, we placed an order through Doordash and simply wanted to drive up here to pick it up. One of the other ladies said, "Oh, well, you'd didn't say that." and turned and walked away. So I looked at the manager, and said, "This is why Chick-fil-A will always out perform you guys on customer service." There are plenty of places we can get food from, and we will not be returning to...
Read moreCame into today and already the cashier Melanie V had an attitude with us. When I ordered a Doritos loco taco add beans add tortilla, the cashier proceeds to be rude and tell me they can’t make a double decker. Well I didn’t order a double decker. I ordered a Doritos loco taco add beans add tortilla! We then asked for a managers business car or phone number to contact them. The cashier told us she’d go get the manager, yet comes back with no manager. So at this point she’s still being rude to me. Now that I’m being rude back I’m worried they’ll tamper with my food. So I then said no I want to speak to the manager. The “Area manager” said her name was Julie, immediately came up to me with an attitude as well. And I told her. There was absolutely no reason for her employee to talk to me the way she was when I simply was trying to understand why they wouldn’t make my taco yet every other Taco Bell does. Im paying extra for the beans and the tortilla. It absolutely makes no sense. She still continues to escalate the situation so I asked for her name and store number and the cashiers name so I could file a complaint. She then very sarcastically told me “I bet you will” yes I will make a complaint! I work hard for my money and I’m spending it at your business! How is she a manager? That is no way to treat a paying customer! Please get better customer service and appreciation!! First picture is the so called manager Julie in the back office. The second picture is the cashier Melanie V. And the third is my receipt! I will not be going back to that location because of those two girls. And yes they’re girls. Definitely not women. Hopefully y’all can get some better employees in your store! Have a...
Read moreCustomer service is absolutely lacking. It first started when I tried to get the attention of a person behind the counter to ask if they had any diet Pepsi, and they were completely inconvenienced by my question and really short. Then, when our order was given, we went through the food to find the correct item to give to our son but had a hard time deciphering which burrito it was. My husband went to the counter to ask about the chicken burrito, and we were accidentally given a 5 layer burrito, the woman behind the counter rudly interrupted him and got an attitude saying he did order that. We weren't texted our receipt even after our order was purchased so we couldn't refer back to the receipt. Then another woman in the back got an attitude and started questioning the type of chicken burrito we had ordered so I referred to the automated screen to look up the type it was to let them know. Once we got it figured out, they stated that it was the correct order and we did go back and confirm that we found the correct burrito. However, the way they handled the situation and any type of customer interaction was volatile and unacceptable. We will not go back to this location, we've been to this location many times and have experienced the worst customer service from the employees and I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but this was the straw that broke the camels back. This location needs to invest in customer service training ASAP. God forbid any customer ask your employees a question and disturb their bubble in the back. I get better customer service...
