Burger King — Restaurant in Texas

Went thru drive thru, it was 10:05 pm on a friday evening there was only one other car in front of us, no one behind us the entire time. .i will say that the guy working seemed polite as we ordered and paid, but the food was terrible. Imy partner and i always order the #3 whopper with bacon and cheese cause the bacon is always crispy and delicious, however this time it was not! It had no crunch to it at all, but i wouldnt have minded so much if that had been the only problem. The burger had so much ketchup on it, i had to spit it out. Naturally i was already home, so wasnt going to go through the hassell of going back up there. I tried to blot it with napkin to soak up the exessive amount of ketchup and it was still too over barring to eat. Lastly, our fries were not at all fresh, they were so unsatisfying that my dog wouldnt even eat them and he eats rocks and pine cones. Ive been in the food industry many years and never complain or waste time with reviews but felt this time was necessary. The sad part of it all was that it took so long in the drive thru and us being the only ones there, our first thought was that we dont mind waiting cause that usually,(more like hopefully) means our food is being made fresh! Do not eat at this location. The chicken and fries taste like old oil. Every time I have come here, they mess up my order in the drive through or miss items, and they are unprofessional at best.

Today my wife came here to get us both lunch to bring back home. They charged us for an extra fry, got the wrong burger, and completely missed a sandwich. Also, the chicken sandwich my wife got tasted like old rotten meat - something wrong with it. I called the store to let them know and nobody picked up or called back.

About an hour later, I went to the store to speak with management about the issue. They did provide a refund but only after asking me to give them all the food back. And they took the food back into the kitchen, which is a big food safety no no. The employee who messed up our order then continued to argue with me and tell me she didn't make any mistakes and was very rude.

We will not be coming back here for safety...

I placed an order for 3 chicken sandwiches, a whopper and fries. In the past when I came the chicken was old so I requested fresh chicken. I received 3 uncooked chicken sandwiches and was told they would replace them the next day when I called. I spoke with Emma the next day and asked if she would add a complementary drink and fries since I had to drive back to pick up my order. She refused and instead of replacing my entire order she only remade the chicken sandwiches. Not the best customer service, but I obliged. Well I checked my order before driving away and the chicken sandwiches were made wrong so I had to wait longer for them to redo the order again, and she still didn’t add anything extra for my trouble.
