Subway — Restaurant in Spring

I went in to pick up my online order, I stood behind another man that was ahead of me and listened to he and the employee behind the counter complaining about mobile orders and people being too “lazy” to order in person. After their conversation, I kindly picked up my mobile order. After arriving home I realized that all 3 of my sandwiches were made with the wrong bread and to top it off, one of my sandwiches had a hair in it. In the past when I’ve come, the employees were slow and seemed as if they didn’t want to be there. I have yet to have a good experience here. Just drive a few extra miles to the next nearest Subway, it’ll be worth it.

I have been placing online orders for pickup. For the life of me, I don't understand why when I select easy mayonnaise that I get a sandwich dripping in mayo 🤢 and at the same time I select extra lettuce, yet I barely have any. Make it make sense. What's the point of asking for customizations if you're not going to honor those?!?! I am going to start checking my sandwich before I leave and will request it be made over because this is unacceptable. Unless you like having waste, I suggest you get this corrected immediately. This isn't the first or second time. It's each and every time except for the time my order hadn't been made prior to my arrival and I was in the store watching them prepare it. The food was fine however I was disgusted by one of the workers. I watched him use his bare hands to open the door upon entering the store, go behind the counter and clock in while he was caressing the back of his head/hair. He then proceeded to grab gloves with these same unwashed & non-sanitized hands. As a ServSafe Certification holder I was very displeased/disgusted. When asked if he had washed them prior to clocking in (knowing he didn’t) he lied and said yes. Luckily the young lady who had been there was handling my food otherwise I would have walked out mid order.
