Update: August 6, 2024 Same people still in charge. Drive thru. Same problems persist. Order a large son of baconator combo, with a large sweet tea no ice, and swap the fries for a large plain chili. Got small chili, medium sweet tea with ice, and my son of baconator was half off the bun. It took them about 2 minutes for them to figure out how to get me a medium sweet tea after everything else was ready.
Update: November 27, 2022 I ordered a large sweet tea no ice, a son of baconator sandwich, and a large chili no cheese or onions. If you see my previous review, below this edit for todays visit, you’ll know exactly where this is going.
They added ice to the drink, and onions to the chili. Topping it all off when the lady gave me my drink she basically slammed it into my hand, which dislodged the lid and it spilled on my arm and interior of my car. Perhaps the lid wasn’t on properly to begin with, but whatever. Would absolutely give this dumpster fire of a Wendy’s a 0/5 if I could.

I ordered through the app just now, with drive thru pickup. When I arrived, I was told I needed to park in the curbside area. This was a mistake, as I should have pushed back and stayed in the drive thru line. When they brought my order to me, I hadn't thought to check it, but it should've been clear as day. The drinks, were two medium. I ordered two large. They were... some kind of watered down lemonade, when they should have been coke. If you order for drive thru pickup, and they tell you to wait in the curbside lane, kindly put your car in park and wait. I placed a mobile order came up to the drive-thru to pick it up no response on the speaker so I drove up to the window no one came to me at the window then I see no woman peek around the sauce dispenser she's just staring at me and I'm just staring at her and I wave her over and she turns away and goes back to do whatever she was doing so I just sat there until finally at 7:48 a.m. some lady comes up to the window and asked what I want and I told her I placed the mobile order and she gets my order and hands it to me and I told her what happened and told her me and the girl made eye contact with each other she didn't even think to tell me they weren't open when even online it says they open at 6:30 but the lady tells me the girl didn't tell her that, okay well I'm telling you that ma'am and then she proceeds to tell me, "oh we don't open till 8:00 a.m. today" okay well online it says 6:30 your mobile ordering is open you could have at least came up to the window and told me you weren't open yet instead of just staring at me from around the corner. There were several other people driving through the drive-thru confused and I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I will never be coming back to this Wendy's location ever again customer service here sucks.
