Good evening! Our family are regular customers to the DQ Springboro, OH location and decided tonight was a great night for a visit. Unfortunately, our blizzards were SOUP, like milk that had not been mixed in. Even more disturbing, the young ladies that served me at the drive through were making our order without their masks on. Read moreThis restaurant breaks numerous health and safety laws including: not washing their hands before making food, dropped food is picked up and put back into containers when customers are not looking, gloves are not used to pick up food at any time unless visible, hair is consistently in food, faces are touched, sneezing happens around if not in the food, black mold is growing in the blender, bathrooms are cleaned minimally, and every washable item is not properly sanitized. A girl named Lilly took my order and kept my credit card for an uncomfortably long time. After she took my payment she was more interested in talking to her friend inside than actually assisting with my order. Even after another employee brought the froze treat to her, she persisted for another 30 seconds or so preferring to talk to another employee before actually giving my card back and my order.
