First time eating at this hot head and only my second ever time eating hothead myself. My co worker got it for me 2 weeks ago and I decided to try it for dinner tonight. Let me start off by saying that was the first time my wife had hot head and it’s now the last at this location indefinitely. Jason seems to be such a know it all, rude, condescending as well. I order a smother burrito which when I got it at work it had all my toppings inside: chicken, rice, cheese, sauces, fajita peppers, pineapples, corn, salsa. Jason seemed to be offended that I wanted it inside my burrito and said “well the one by your work is doing it wrong and you can tell them that, I created this and you put those toppings on top.” Is it really that big of a deal? I’m the customer I’m the one ordering it and eating and paying for it. So WHO CARES. But on the app it does not say + $1.00 for pineapples nor did I see it posted nor did the other location charge me for anything besides the burrito itself plus $1.50 for smothered burrito. They also changed their store hours now to close at 8 because they are “short staffed” and judging by how him and the women were acting I can see why they are short staffed. So save your time and effort, go down the road to Chipotle or Bubbakoo’s or even Qdoba if you fancy a drive. Then two girls walked in the back carrying a pizza so not sure how they are short staffed when they had 4-5 of them there but not my problem or concern. They also skimp more than chipotle does so that blew my mind, not worth it y’all. Save that money and avoid this location 😊 or maybe even hot head overall 🤨 I did have a coupon for 2 entrees for $15.99 I should have saved my money and went elsewhere. Now I know for...
Read moreI ate here on Tuesday the 31st. No chicken, lettuce, onions, and I wasn't told about any of these problems until I was ordering my food. You could run up to Kroger 1 mile away and get all three of those things in about 15 minutes. I noticed that they started telling people that they didn't have those things, and 15 customers left. One man asked if he could get steak instead of chicken for the same price, which seemed reasonable, but they told him "no". The guy said he was going to Chipotle and would never be back. Ouch. A guy with his family opted to go do Skyline instead. Seems like they should have invested the $.50 and gave that guy steak, instead, they lost a customer for life. Oh, and the rice was under cooked, which drives me crazy. I think the ownership needs to be more involved with this location. UPDATE: I went in to this location today (May 19th), giving them one last chance, before I never go back there, and yet again they failed. I wanted to get one of the new "power bowls" that they have plastered up everywhere in the restaurant and outside on the windows. Can you guess what happened? They didn't have 3 of the 7 ingredients!! COME ON!! Went to Kettering location on Stroop, and they had everything, and I got to eat lunch with my family. Great decision. Won't be back to this location until they...
Read moreOrdered online through the app somewhat fine and food was prepared before pickup, which is nice.. but upon arrival, the employees were unappealing and didn’t seem to care about the job very much. As someone who’s worked in the food industry in the past, I am well aware of what’s acceptable and not acceptable at work. I was given my food and it was not made correctly. I was missing the salsa, sauce, and queso, which I paid for. It’s on my receipt even what I ordered. I am very, very disappointed with my meal and will not be going back to this location ever again, and will gladly go to chipotle until I feel it’s worth giving a try again. Very disappointed customer. *update- while eating one of my two bowls I ordered, the steak is so dry I almost feel like I’m...
