Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Springboro

So happy it opened back up in Springboro Ohio!! Love their pizza!! UPDATE

12/4/21 - since this place opened back up something is different. At first no problems great pizza. The last 4 months or so that we have ordered, it has been hit but mostly miss. I ordered pepperoni and extra cheese and cheezybread with triple parmesan cheese. You can clearly see that's not the case. I am not sure if it's under new ownership since it opened back up again but I have been eating marcos for over 25 years. I am from toledo and have NEVER had such horrible pizza till this location. If there was ever an issue it was maybe a wrong topping and NEVER had to ever complain about lack of toppings. You guys obviously don't care about keeping customers, my feeling is the issue seems to be the "blonde manager". I called one time because they delivered a cheese pizza, no pepperoni..... I asked if they could correct it and she "the blonde manager" told me maybe I need to look better and that sometimes it's under the cheese...... and she personally made it. I think any person is smart enough to know if they can see pepperoni on the pizza. I took it back in and sure enough I was right. No hidden pepperoni "officially verified by the manager". Her first go to excuse is to say she did it so she knows it was right, when proven wrong, she then started telling the employees they need to pay more attention when they make the pizza......... ummm didn't you just tell me you PERSONALLY made it.... You just lost a customer that used to order from you FREQUENTLY. Time to find a different...

We ordered a large deluxe w/old world pepperoni well done. With garlic sauce on the side. Well shame on me for not checking but i drove 20 minutes to pick up. Got back home and there was no old world pepperoni the pizza was burnt well done does not mean the crust is totally black and not edible. We immediately called back and the manager said we have new people here they make mistakes. No apologies just an offer of an $8.00 in store credit. The Pizza and Salad was $18.58 We will never eat @ Marcos again nor will I recommend my company to purchase from them during company functions. To put it bluntly Marcos Pizza sucks…i see why they have had to close several Dayton locations! After ordering 2 subs and getting them delivered, I was less then satisfied with the way it came to me, soggy and covered in so much sauce it was all over the outside of the sub and wrapper. I called the store and spoke to someone informing them of this and they were very condescending in how they spoke to me. I informed them I would be contacting corporate, not sure if they had one or not, and hung up. After leaving feedback I called back. The same person answered, come to find out he is the manager. After accusing me of being rude and telling me he offered to remake the sub, which wasn't really something I expected or wanted, I informed him that not only was I not rude but he was.
