Roma’s Pizza and Pasta delivers truly authentic Italian food, and it shows in both the quality and the care behind everything they serve. One of the standout things for me was their basil and ricotta pizza. The combination was simple but incredibly flavorful—fresh basil, creamy ricotta, a crisp yet chewy crust, and just the right amount of char from the oven. It’s a topping combo I haven’t seen offered outside of New Jersey/NYC, and it really sets them apart.

The pizzas are large, always hot, and come out with a perfectly crisp base. The dough has a nice chew to it, and the toppings never feel thrown on—they’re balanced and well thought out. You can tell the people making the food know what they’re doing and care about it. These aren’t just recipes—they’re traditions.

So tonight we had our first pizza from Roma's. We got a large pepperoni pizza and some garlic rolls. Since it is the only "negative" thing I can say about our experience I'll just say it here, my wife felt the rolls could have been cooked longer, she thought they were a little too doughy/not hot enough. I found them delicious. That is where any shadow stops for this place though. When I went to pick up our order the staff was super friendly and even surprised me to the tune of an extra pizza (small cheese) that was made and given for free! What other place GIVES pizza away?!? And pizza of this caliber to boot! It was definitely an extremely pleasant surprise as my family devoured the food! My wife also had some lemoncello and thoroughly enjoyed it. As a transplant from North NJ, I am incredibly picky when it comes to good pizza. I was thrilled to discover Roma's Pizza here in Springboro Ohio. The pizza was outstanding, with a perfect crust and delicious toppings and sauce that reminded me of home. The garlic knots were equally impressive, bursting with flavor, dripping with butter and chunks of garlic and perfectly baked! My daughter's antipasto salad was huge with plenty of meat and the house Italian dressing was delicious!

The staff at Roma's Pizza were exceptionally friendly and made me feel right at home. Their warm hospitality added to the overall wonderful experience. And just when I thought it couldn't get any better, the cannoli's were the icing on the cake – absolutely delightful!
