This Guy's Coffee — Restaurant in Springboro

Prepare for the snobby attitude problems that work there. I've been a customer of Coffee Break Roasting Co's and this coffee shop is the only place I could find that sells their products. Every time I call and order my 5lbs bag of Cinnabun, it's like I am inconveniencing them. One time I ordered it, the snobby lady said she would not order it unless I paid for it over the phone. Which is illegal. Payment is only due upon receipt. I called on a Tuesday morning to place my order and expecting it Thursday. She said I was too late that I would have to wait till the next order cycle. I went there on 1/11/25 and there was a 5lbs bag of Cinnabun coffee on the shelves for customers to buy. I attempted to purchase it and she refused to sell it to me, saying it was for them to make coffee with. I said it's on the sales floor and not behind the counter. Which is another board of health violation. The products to be used for the coffee shop cannot be accessible to the public to touch. I will make sure to let the BOH know. I will never be going back to this coffee shop, and Coffee Break Roasting Co's lost a customer because of the poor customer service and horrible experience I had here. I will be putting a complaint into them as well to show them how their customers are...

Waiting in drive thru line for good while on only 3 cars in front of us, ordered two coffees and when asked anything else we stated we also wanted two savory scones, girl stated okay after, pulled up she took my card, then handed it back, handed us our coffee while saying have a nice day and then shut the window back practically in my face immediately before we could even tell her we were missing our other items, since no other cars behind us she just walked away inside. We sat there at the window in our vehicle for another few minutes.. this girl walked back past the window, looked at us and just kept walking by ignoring we were there, we drove back around to the order screen while a new car pulled up too, waited in line again and told them, they seemed to not care about it, so we decided to leave without our food and went elsewhere and received better service at...
