Dominos gets an order from me once a week when I am in town for work. Overall, my feedback is good. I would like to put a spotlight on the salad dressing. This is the second time that this piece of the order is wrong. Last order, I asked for 2 Balsamic packs. What I got was 2 Ranch. OK, I'm an adult. I can deal. I ate the Ranch but was disappointed that what I was hungry for didn't happen. This weeks order, I asked for 2 Balsamic.......AGAIN. Guess what? I got 1 Balsamic and 1 Caesar. CAESAR??? Are you kidding me? The packs don't even look anything alike. Different colors. There is no way this could be confused. Unless................Does Dominos just have a big bin of different salad dressings? All mixed up and partying in there? Does my Order Checker just reach in and pull out whatever their hand wraps around first? Throwing it in the bag with the thought, "SURPRISE DRESSING MF!!" Now, I know what you are saying. I got one pack of Balsamic in this order. Yes, that is correct. KUDOS.......at least we are moving in the right direction this time. But I asked for TWO and Caesar never entered into any.........ANY.......part of my salad dream. Can I just please get someone to look at the packs first. Before they hit the bag. Read moreI submitted and received the online order at 1:36pm and watched the Domino's tracker. The pizza was placed in the oven on time--unsure about the other items but per the tracker, it seemed to be on time. Minutes passed, we called at 2:28pm inquiring about the pizza. The female representative was rude and placed us on hold, then a guy got on the line and stated they were backed up and the pizza was not just sitting there and it was already out for delivery. He was polite but he stated it was already got for delivery but he advised us with false information because the tracker finally updated to 2:30pm to show delivery.
Samantha got to the premise at 2:53pm which was captured on my security cameras. She was very nice but as for the food itself--the pizza was a tad warm but more on the cool side, my garlic parmesan bread bites were cold as well as my chicken wing. It wasn't a tad bit warm at all. I would've called to cancel but we had already paid online. Per the email that we received at 1:36pm, it stated delivery time was approx. 24-34 mins so that was a huge disappointment especially when we placed the order at 1:36pm and it not arriving until 2:53pm. Read moreI usually frequent to this store. But today, I received two simple one topping pizzas. There wasn’t enough cheese to cover the pizza, therefore it tasted mostly of burnt sauce. Everybody who has ever worked in a pizza joint knows, that if you have exposed sauce it will no doubt burn. And it did. On top of that the pizza looked old. When I had initially arrived to get my to go order, the woman who managed the shift today around 5:30, seemed to be in a haughty mood. The kid who was boxing my pizza up, looked down at my box of pizza, then at her, and she whispered something to him. The look on his face was all I needed to know. Unfortunately, it was revealed that it was my pizza. It’s almost like they knew that my pizza looked bad, but still sent it out.
This isn’t the first incident I had and unfortunately I gave them a second chance. First time was giving a completely wrong pizza to me that I cannot have due to allergens.
Seriously, managers need to run their shifts better and make sure that the quality of their food is good before sending it out. I’m pretty sure mine was a precooked or a left behind order. Not cool and probably won’t...
