Had 2 separate orders in the drive thru, first order was a co worker, 2nd was mine. I have my credit card linked to my app so everytime I use a code it pays for it automatically. Paid for the first order with cash, was told your all set have a great day. Pulled to the second window where I was asked if I had 2 orders, I said yes. She said you didn't pay for the second one. I told her my cc is linked to the app and it already charged my card. I pulled up my discover card and showed her where the transaction was pending, showed the date, location and everything. Manager says if you didn't pay for it I'm not giving you your food and walks off. Girl slams the window.... comes back a few minutes later and slams the bags in my hand and says he fixed it. I said what is his name? She ignores me, you had a drink? Yes what is his name? She says he has a name tag on. I said I can't see it from the drive thru, what is his name? She said he will have to tell you, i said then have him come here. She slams the window again. Different girl comes back, if you want to find out his name you need to come in the store, we have to serve the drive thru. I said I just want to know his name. No answer shuts the window in my face. Called the 1-888 # on the receipt to find out he is actually the general manager!! I told the lady I can understand if they couldn't see it, when he realized my card was already charged he could have came to the window or even the girl could have said I'm sorry there was a glitch or whatever they want to say but you are good it was paid for. My how things have changed You no longer go up to the counter to place your order they have all the automated computerized kiosks. That never used one before had no idea what I was doing couldn't get my order in went up to the counter asked the nice gentleman behind the counter if he could please help me as I did not know what I was doing. He came out walked me over he taught me from point A to point z how to place my order, how to customize my order such as no lettuce on my Big Mac. Instead of a soda with a meal he showed me how to change my drink and not get double charged. He made sure I understood everything my order was exactly as I wanted it. This employee was the most polite professional patient employee I have ever come across out of McDonald's. I go to this McDonald's quite often as I said I'm always in the drive-thru I never go in but now since this man instructed me I will have no problem going inside to get my order. I highly recommend this McDonald's it was a fantastic experience. And that kind employee made my day and demonstrated that there are still so very good polite people that are willing to help others and by the way I'm a 66-year-old disabled senior citizen who walks with a cane. Read moreI will never go to this McDonald’s again. We went there for dinner around 8 pm on 01-19-2021. We had a large order totaling almost $50. We checked the order before leaving and there was a fry missing. They had also given us two fries that were medium but were suppose to be large. I understand mistakes happen, it was a large order. So we went back to the drive thru and let them know what happened. When we pulled forward the manager came to the window. She explained we weren’t charged for large fries, she would give us the missing one but, “there’s nothing else” she could do for us. She closed the window in my face and we pulled forward to retrieve the missing fry. As we were waiting my boyfriend looked over the receipt again. We had indeed ordered those 2 meals large. When arriving at the next window I showed the girl working it the receipt and told her we were charged for the upgraded fries. The manager was nearby and proceeded to yell from the kitchen that we were NOT charged for it. I wasn’t going to argue with her so we took the one fry and went home.
