Has potential, being only a moment off of I-275, though after living in a nearby neighborhood for the past 9 years I have seen very little progress. They finally re-branded the place earlier this year and added some much-needed landscaping (though I noticed several of the newly-planted bushes have died due to lack of watering). I don't think the property manager gets it. The same spaces that were vacant when we moved to this area are still vacant. Losing Outback was a huge blow, I'm sure. Tortilleria Garcia is like a diamond in the rough there, though admittedly I haven't really been anywhere else in the complex (save for a few visits to Dairy Queen, which seems to be decent as well). I do wonder why they still have the old Wimbledon's Plaza sign at the secondary entrance. Anyway, this place gets a LOT of traffic along Route 4, and I've seen a line out the door at Tortilleria Garcia many times. Why they can't attract an array of tenants here I'll never know, but I haven't been terribly impressed with the upkeep of the property over the years. Hoping the re-branding will make a difference, but also wonder what kind of marketing these guys do...
