Food Just ok similar to bar food...Not rememberable

Environment....Deem bathroom not clean!

My family went to this restaurant on a Saturday around 4pm. The signage outside and inside was like a convenient store or 711. Messages for food pickup services and their no refund policy. Prior to us being seated I went to the restroom. Trash on the floor, toilets un-flushed, trash cans full and toilet paper all over the floor. I literally had to clean the toilet with soap and water prior to having my child use it. Evidently this was yesterday's trash. A total of 4 stalls and Only 2 stalls were operable with "Not Working" signs on them. Not to mention the restroom was disgusting! there's no reason the restroom should have been unmanaged at 4pm considering only one other guest was in the business at that time. After seeing the condition of the restroom, I lost my appetite and was determined not to drink anything. I did inform the waiter. The food was ok similar to bar food. We also ordered the seafood crab boil bag which was very small compared to the cost and other restaurants I visited and the sausage was cut in slivers. We will Never be returning. If that restroom is a reflection of the kitchen people are in trouble! I understand places are short staffed but, I hope this restaurant at least focuses on...

THEIVES!!! My order totaled $37.98 TO GO! I checked my account balance hours later and noticed a $45.98 purchase from CRAFTY CRAB SPRINGDALE. I took my receipt and my account statement back to the restaurant. I explained that an $8 GRATUITY was added after I put ZERO as the tip. OWNERS WERE RUDE, NASTY, and told me I’d have to wait until TOMORROW because it’s PENDING! I explained that I understood that, BUT the wrong amount is pending and SOMEONE added themselves a TIP, and that’s STEALING! After calling my bank to confirm $45 would come out my account. THE OWNERS REFUSED TO RETURN MY $8. The purchase remained pending for 3 days and THEN the amount changed back to $37.98 and then the transaction was completed!!! They knew I was on to their SCHEME and changed the price back! HOW MANY TIMES HAVE THEY GOTTEN AWAY WITH THIS??? ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AND ACCOUNT BALANCES AFTER EATING HERE!!! Had to ask waitress twice for my beer, and my sister ordered the same beer and got hers. My crab boil was raw when cracked open so it’s a good thing I throughly checked it before eating, that’s just food poisoning waiting to happen. The meat was translucent meaning still raw. 🤮 when I sent it back and asked for a complete new serving, they nuked the crab, the rest of it was cold. That’s a great way to spread the toxins from undercooked food. No alcohol served, there was nobody else in the restaurant. Food average but overpriced for what you get, my meal was over $30, see photo l. Brought our meals out separately 5 minutes apart (there were 3 of us.
