In a world where service can sometimes feel rushed, impersonal, or just average, there exists a rare gem—Tyler. From the moment you sit at his table, you know you’re not just being served; you’re being taken care of. Tyler isn’t just a server—he’s a walking masterclass in hospitality, good vibes, and what it means to be an exceptional human being.
First off, let’s talk about the attitude. Tyler doesn’t just show up to work—he arrives. With a smile that feels like sunlight and an energy that can turn any bad day around, he’s the kind of person who remembers your order, your name, and probably your favorite dipping sauce. Every interaction is authentic. He somehow balances being super chill with being insanely attentive—like if a golden retriever had perfect customer service training.
And let’s be real—his work ethic is unmatched. He’s gliding between tables with the focus of a surgeon and the grace of a figure skater. No order is too complicated, no table too needy. Whether he’s recommending the best dish on the menu or swooping in with refills like a hydration ninja, Tyler does it all without missing a beat—and somehow still makes it look effortless.
But beyond the job, Tyler’s just a good person. The type who lifts people up, who actually listens, and who radiates kindness without even trying. It’s rare to meet someone who is so consistent in their positivity, their care for others, and their drive to make every space they’re in better.
In conclusion, Tyler isn’t just a frikin amazing server. He’s a frikin amazing, perfect human being. And honestly? The world could use more Tylers. Until then, we’re lucky to have...
Read moreWow! What a great find! Uploaded their app and started with a free basket of jalapeño cheese fritters. A huge basket arrived pipping hot and delicious. I'm not into spicy foods but these were just right. We went for the "Dinner for 2" for $34.99. What an incredible value...but not if the food is subpar. No worries about that here! We chose the Skillet Queso, the CFS with awesome garlic mashed potatoes. The Street Tacos came with a serving of the best corn and cheese grits I have ever tasted...and I make grits at home for breakfast several times a week! These were just outstanding. The Strawberry Stack for dessert was the perfect ending: ice cream layered with cake "croutons" and strawberry sauce. Divine! The queso was served flaming-style and was spot-on. Oh, and did I mention that a delicious, crispy, cold salad with homemade Bleu cheese dressing (Hubby had house vinaigrette) was included? Or how about a loaf of hot, soft homemade bread served on a warm platter with clarified butter? Everything arrived in a very timely manner with no rushing or lull in service or attention. Alissa did an outstanding job of making us feel welcome and appreciated. I cannot remember the last time I was so surprised to find a rare combination of atmosphere, quality, service, variety of food selections and prices but Marketplace Grill in Springdale, AR checked every box. Job well done and if we are ever in the area again, this will be on my go-to...
Read moreThis was our first time here. We started with the flamingo queso, which was pretty cool to see, but we weren't in love with the cinnamon that was added to it. My son had the pepperoni pizza; he said it was very good, and "better than Pizza Hut", saying that the crust was crispy and the cheese was creamy. I had the salmon, which comes with a baked potato and salad. The taste of the salmon was great, though I was worried about the description mentioning the sauce had ginger fearing that it may be overwhelming, but I was pleasantly surprised by it. The texture of the salmon, unfortunately, was not as tender as I expected - it was overcooked, making it very dense and approaching being flaky. The salad was fresh and crispy, but I was definitely regretting my decision to ask for the vinaigrette dressing; it was a Mediterranean vinaigrette which would be great with a greek salad, but was way too strong of a flavor for a house salad - but that was my fault for not realizing it was Mediterranean. My wife had the raspberry chicken. While she wasn't the biggest fan, I thought it was better than the salmon. I enjoyed the texture, it was very moist and tender. The raspberry, I thought, was great, and had a good amount of sweetness to mellow out the tart from the raspberries, and complemented the savory of the chicken.
Overall, I wish I could've given it 4 stars, but it just wasn't hitting the...
