Nice atmosphere, good seating and service. Hated the food - worst impossible/vegan/soy/etc burger ever!!! My wife and I literally got sick, by the time we got home it was all we could do to flush the abomination of what we hoped would be a great, or at least edible, burger from our systems. Obviously we visited for the Impossible Burger and it was not the best I've had, it actually may have been the worst. I don't think it is possible to nake something worse and still serve it. I cannot believe that is the new thing folks are raving about, no accusations, but - overcooked, dry, my friend did not even try to finish his and he will eat almost anything. The service was solid, the only bright spot in an otherwise dark abyss of inedible burgers, appetizers, and sides. The food, and prep, and at_times_annoying musical anomalies cost them almost all the stars. I would not go back there on a gift certificate, really the worst meal I've had in a long time.

We visited this place with an after-work event. The place is a typical sports bar, it is nice and cozy, serves a variety of food and has a selection of tap beers. We ordered two soups - potato and chili, a chopped salad, and some beers - alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The soups were so-so, to be honest, I wish they could serve a slice of bread to them, but the beers and salad were fine. The bill was moderate ~ 20 usd per person. Their staff is very friendly and hard-working. I liked that the place had “healthy” options in their menu, like salads, soups, and non-alcoholic beers. The space is large enough, they had the main room with the bar, billiard table and a lot of tvs with all kinds of shows, another quieter space with larger tables, and also outdoor seating in the private patio that looked quite cozy. Overall this is a nice place.

I've given this location multiple attempts before deciding to finally write a review. Unfortunately it is safe to say my results are consistent. If you order ahead be ready to wait an additional 10 minutes at minimum from the time you selected to have your food ready. Don't bother ordering extra wet or twice baked. The photos attached are what they consider extra wet. Again, this is consistent with every order, not just a random fluke. Charge you extra for absolutely no extra sauce or just no sauce at all apparently. Dining in is fine because you can just send the food back, but when you drive home to find this it's not worth the energy to go back and complain.

I don't understand how Chastity is a bartender here. I just don't understand. We came in for Christmas and the bar was relatively busy. We come in from time to time so we've seen it busier! No big deal, we thought. When we walked in Chastity was rude, condescending, and took forever to come back with our beers. Which, ok, it's Christmas and it's a bit busy ok. We can deal with that. We ask for a mai Tai to share and she tells us this isn't a tiki bar and it's too busy to make anything else but get beer. Ok? Rude AF. She rolls her eyes, slams down a glass, and walks away from us. Then, she proceeds to CUSS OUT a couple of guys screaming at the top of her lungs that this is her bar, they need to leave, and they should have gotten a table because she wasn't taking tables today. Again, the bar wasn't even full. There were plenty of seats, she was just in the middle of a meltdown and couldn't handle the stress. After screaming and kicking a few more diners out, she stormed off and left the bar for at least an hour. The manager was sweet enough to come out but the damage was done. He clearly didn't know what he was doing. The WHOLE BAR erupted in controversy with people wide eyed, wondering what was wrong, talking about how we'd never seen a bartender so rude, so mean, so undoubtedly unable to handle a bar like, it was ridiculous. At some point, she comes back, slamming things, saying she's just here for the tips (to her regulars, I think) and that she hates Christmas. It was ridiculous, unprofessional, sad and upsetting. I've never seen a bartender throw a tantrum like this and be SO RUDE to her customers. How does she survive here? I just can't understand. If I see her here, I'm not going to the bar. I'm calling corporate as soon as I can because this is ridiculous. I feel like I haven't even covered enough here because there was so much. Omg, how does this person work here?

Good point- food was good. Thanks, kitchen! Also, one of the servers had to get us the check and some waters when the bartender was having her fit so we gave her 20 for the trouble of having to work with that bartender (who we'd never give a cent to). Just cause, Christmas. She was kind!! and running around too without any attitude or rudeness! It just shows who can handle stress and still be hospitable and who shouldn't be managing an entire bar. Whatever. Merry Christmas, y'all. Take your anxiety medication if...

I frequent this Arooga’s often for an Impossible Burger or wings. The waites/waitresses are always friendly. The food is usually pretty good, if it’s warm or made as ordered. However, I’ve been here four times in the last two weeks and EVERY time, something has gone wrong. There seems to be a major disconnect between the wait staff and the kitchen. First visit, we asked for the side salads and wings to come before the burger. They did for one person but not the other two. My second visit, we came during a very slow Saturday lunch period. No more than 4 tables sat. It took 30 minutes for our side salads to come, and then they brought our wings and burgers 2 minutes later. Third visit, it took 20 minutes for our waiter to come by as he was preoccupied with a table of 13 and wasn’t sure why they gave us to him. He placed our order before the big table which was nice. However, again, salads were brought just minutes before the rest of the food. And food was pretty cold by the time we scarfed down the side salads. Today, we went. Asked for no cheese on the burger. Salad finally came way before the burger. No cheese on the salad, waitress thought I said no cheese on the salad. Burger comes out. They were Pub Impossible Burgers, which we did not order. Asked for burger fixins, took about five minutes til it came out. Burger was cold.

This place used to be great. It’s been pretty crappy as of late. If you want Aroogas, go to the...

Sorry excuse for a functioning establishment.

After being sat in the depressing dark corner only to wait for 15 minutes for our crumbly paper menus to be dropped off by a seemingly 15 year old, the mess of a night began.

We only decided what we wanted to eat 10 minutes before we received waters... but at least we were quick with our order decision to the waitress we haven’t seen yet. After finally putting in our food and drink order (20 hot wings, a gin n tonic and a Sam Adams tap) it’s been brought to my attention that there are only 2 waitresses here on a Friday night and one is bussing tables because the kids who’ve been put in charge of hosting and food running don’t know how.

Little after to my discovery the manager left hours ago, leaving a place of madness behind. It’s almost hard to get into a review of the food because of how poorly the staff had been positioned and the way managers are handling... or should I say, NOT handling a rush on a Friday night.

I had the pleasure of meeting a 2 year employee (oldest employee there) struggling to keep in tact what had already been a tragic night. I then learn that they have not even seen or met the owners of the place. This is something that needs to be addressed by the owners if they still care anymore, it’s just plan embarrassing and is a bad time to even see the direction this...
