Let me start by saying my wife and I dine at chick fil a at least once a week. We I’ll live Wrightsville and will from now on be driving to Belmont or west York (past your restaurant) to dine at chick fil a. Monday the 10th we came in for lunch to try the new sandwich we ordered our food and sat down our food came and the tray was missing something so I had to return to the counter and dealt with a very pleasant worker. I went back to my seat and opened my food my sandwich was missing pickles and bacon. I’m now returned to the counter a second time. The worker was extremely rude and scoffed at me for complaining told me to wait one second and got the pickles and said have a nice day. I was now irritated and went back to my table not realizing I never got the bacon. So now I returned to the counter for the third time and dealt with same rude work who again laughed at me. I return to my seat and assembled my own for which is ridiculous they should have fixed it since it was messed up by them not me at this point my food is now cold. Upon eating my food I discovered that the restaurant had for gotten what a filet of chicken is and decided I should eat a tender on my sandwich. Half of the bun didn’t have chicken on it. Read moreHorrible.... I like Chick Fil-A as a company, and most times the people there are okay. While the food is alright, it's commonly all the same color and everything is fried and not very appetizing. Tonight's visit was less than okay. I opted for the grilled chicken nuggets and their new Mac&Cheese, which is about the only non-fried option. The chicken was okay, but semi-cold. The Mac was yuck. The stuff in the middle was okay, but there was a thick clump of chewy burnt-ish cheese surrounding it that was closer to plastic than food.
I had also asked for well-done fries and was pretty excited for those, but specifically asked for "crispy" fries, not the limp or soft ones you frequently get from fast food places. When the food came, fries were limp and mush. I contacted the crew, then the manager. Crew just appeared dumbfounded and quickly put me off to manager. Manager quickly refused to do anything but give me a refund. I didn't want a refund, I wanted crispy fries and when I asked to just have well-done fries, manager said they absolutely could not cook fries any longer than the timer on the machine would allow... Manager seemed altogether irritated that I would even ask or approach the counter. I was quickly handed a dollar and some change and the staff walked away as if I wasn't there anymore.

Read morei pulled into the chick fil a drivethru after a 9 hr shift and a 45 minute drive, craving some nuggets and a lemonade. I patiently wait in line (my window of course is down) for the workers with the ipads to take my order. finally it is my turn but as the girl was walking up another employee had distracted her in some capacity. she and another employee then proceeded to walk past my car multiple times without saying anything. i kept inching forward since it was pretty backed up and i didnt want to hold up the line, and eventually got to the point where it merges into one lane STILL without my order being taken!!! at this point i start tearing up out of frustration as i have not had a chance to eat in almost 24 hrs at this point. I end up getting to the young man who takes cash and explained the situation i was having and my frustration and he took my order. Heres the kicker though. HE COMPED MY MEAL!!!!!! Now THAT is what I call excellent customer service. when i asked if I should pay at the window since he is supposed to take cash, he stated that the meal was on them.
