I haven't been in here for a while. The staff was friendly and answered my questions. I wasn't in for anything particular but looked around the store. I saw this clearance rack with a bunch of stuff on it by the door. I looked for like 10 minutes because there were multiple signs saying clearance was 70 percent off. I picked out a GI Joe MP Officer only because I was one in the military and thought for $6, marked $20, and it would look good with my MP collection. It rang up as $20, I told the gentleman ( who was great), it's on the clearance rack, I thought it was $6. I told him I definitely didn't want it for that. I showed him the stack of GO Joe's on the clearance rack, and he said someone must have put them there by mistake. I told him, "Never mind." He said he would ask his manager. I told him it wasn't a big deal, but he asked, which was great of him. He came back and said there was nothing he could do. I left empty-handed and disappointed. I understand that if it wasn't clearance, I couldn't get it for $6. I was disappointed that I wasn't worthy of management coming out and explaining the situation to me. Maybe even offer a small discount because someone put it on the clearance rack. I have always thought the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. They work too hard and are almost certainly underpaid. This time, I leave disappointed an empty handed. I usually go in when I get coffee, try to buy local. I think I'll skip it next time I get...

I pre-ordered a game and was told to show up 0900 to 0930. I am there at 0928. Sam closed the doors early and told me not her problem. I understood a bit but anyways wasted gas and time. Came back another day to pick up funkos and she comes out of the back while I working with a different associate. She cuts me off talks down to me like I'm a child even though I wasn't ever talking to her. Made me and my family so uncomfortable I left. I've dealt with her personality in the past and people like her have no communication skills and think anger and being a bully is the only way someone will respect them. She really needs to work on not being so awful to customers. I hope all my military friends and community go to the other gamestop even if it is a few extra minutes a way. I hope you are able to fix this issue or you will most likely keep loosing in store business. Again...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey are pretty empty inside. They don't have many things. The employees are friendly and helpful. I'd recommend the store. Seems like they're going out of business soon. They have some Clearance items that are cool but still way over priced. I've always supported game stop, and will continue to do so but I'm sad to see where this brand is headed. I wasn't even able to pre-order an exclusive game because they didn't have access to that version. They used always have all the reservations but not anymore. And the midnight releases were cool too. But that's all gone..sadly. I will continue to support them though when I can. The prices are super high and they never have sales or promotions on anything people...
