Panera Bread — Restaurant in Springettsbury Township

Returned for another visit. Soup was cold but quickly replaced. Manager was very nice and helpful. Bathroom fixtures in need of cleaning. Better than the visit below.

Food is good but very overpriced. Lots of bread. Sunny orientation of the restaurant and comfortable temperature. We stayed over an hour. The place is in need of a thorough cleaning. A man spilled his drink and told staff. No one came to clean it up. Dirty plate sat at another table. Was there before we got there and after we left. Guessing it might be there today. Went to the bathroom and noticed the door was dirty. I hoped the bathroom was cleaner. Nope. It looked as though it had not been cleaned for months. Black residue on the sink. Green residue and heavy dust/lint on urinal. I went to wash my hands.....eek! Plate disposal area needed emptied and cleaned. Staff was not busy - it was after 2. Someone should grab the vacuum that, by the looks of it, had not been used for a while. We had coupons and gift card. That helped. We did enjoy sitting at the one clean table(with some minor crumb brushing) we found...

This is a very busy Panera. There are three registers, and they are way too close together. People are wedged in trying to give their orders. The girl taking our order was very nice today, but we couldn't hear a word she was saying. My husband even told her she needs to talk louder. We had to ask her several times what she was saying. I honestly don't think she knew exactly what she was doing. I asked her about an ingredient in a sandwich I wanted, and she guessed that it might be cheese. Okay. It was. She didn't take our order exactly right, but I wasn't about to change it at that point. That said, my husband's food was fine. My broccoli soup and baguette were very good, too. However, my panini sandwich was partially burned and was basically slapped together. It was very messy to eat. There were a bunch of kids working the back. We had a table where we could witness their befuddlement. A couple times I heard containers drop and employees sneezing. I can only shudder. My blood orange lemonade was SOUR! I'm just not a fan...

Good morning, I don't know why but when placing an order through the app, instead of it coming from my closest location. It came from this location. The staff was great but unfortunately my food wasn't as tasty. My wife's turkey chili tasted burnt and my broccli and cheese(my favorite) tasted diluted. I wasn't going to say anything. But when my wife mentioned about the food not being as good. I knew it wasn't in my mind. They're needs to be consistency in Quality. My location on Carlisle is ALWAYS PERFECT.
