Nothing fast about fast food anymore. Everyone is in a hurry to get what they want. Lines are typically long at the drive through and the employees seem to be in a hurry to take your order. Then when you drive around and pay for the items ordered and receive your food the order isn't correct (missing items, make incorrectly, etc.) I stopped here 3 days ago (drive through only) and was rushed at the ordering area. Then when I got around to pay for my order; the order wasn't even entered correctly. Was then asked by the employee if I am sure I said, "I would like the meals and not just the sandwiches." The employee then fixed the order and I received my items from the pick up window. The bag seemed a little on the light side to me so I had asked if that was everything and was told yes. I drove around the building and parked in the parking lot to check my order received to find I was missing items. I called into the restaurant and was told to keep my receipt and I could come back for the items. I told the employee that I was sitting in their parking lot and would appreciate if someone could bring out the missing items; only to be rudely hung up on. I waited about 5-10 mins and no one came out, so I called back into the restaurant (had to call a total of 5 times before someone would answer the phone) and explained the situation again to the employee who answered. They said they would bring them out and I provided my exact location within the parking lot and which vehicle I was in. Within 3 mins I had my missing items. The entire scenario is and was a very unacceptable experience. Slow down a little and take your time preparing customers orders. I personally don't care about the wait time as long as my order is correct upon...
Read moreUpdate: Stopped in for nuggets at 2a.m. I asked for a "small nugget" lady on the speaker blared back "a small nugget, what is that?" I kindly asked again if I could have a small nugget. She shouts back "WE DON'T SELL SMALL NUGGETS HERE! YOU EITHER WANT A 4 PIECE, A 6 PIECE A 10 PIECE, 20 PIECE, OR A 40 PIECE!" I calmly replied, "I'd like a 4 piece please. She then asked what sauce I'd like. I replied sweet & sour. Her: We don't have sweet and sour, only bbq, honey mustard, ranch, etc. I ask for honey mustard. She tells me to pull around. I get to the window, and asked her how her morning was going, and if she shouts at every customer that comes to the drive-thru. She begins to explain LOUDLY that she didn't understand what is was that I wanted, and then asked DO YOU WANT THE NUGGETS OR NOT? I asked her name and her bosses name, she tells me her name is Lenora but never her bosses name. My order total was $3.49 I gave her $4.00 she gave me back $1.51 change! So yeah, instead of insulting and arguing with customers how about you learn simple mathematics because now your drawer is short! Moving forward to the next window "Aliyah" was very kind, pleasant, and professional. I think Lenora needs to hang her McDonalds hat, and try a new career field because customer relations is not it. 🙄 And now my 5 star visit from 3 years ago is now 2 stars. Shame on you Lenora! 😕
Stopped in for breakfast after a 12 hour shift. Crew was timely and friendly. Restaurant, and premises were clean. My egg & cheese bagel was hot, fresh, and delicious!
Thank you guys, & keep up...
Read moreUsually my experience is pretty good here, but there was this time recently which made me never want to go back. My father in law had ordered a bundle box (comes with 2 big Macs, 2 double cheese burgers and 2 fries I believe). The first time we had gotten home and to our surprise neither big Mac had any meat, sauce or lettuce on the top bun, so we called customer service and went back to the restaurant. They were obviously a little upset but remade the order. Our mistake was not checking the order before we left bc of course the second time we had gotten half way home and AGAIN nothing on the top bun. I was shocked and appalled.. WHAT MANAGER LETS THAT HAPPEN??? Then when we went back the employees and the manager continued to call us liars and said we will only make you new big Macs and then you can leave and never come back here... like seriously? What manager in their right mind would ever say that to a customer?!?! It was the worst display of customer service I had ever seen. I was upset at first but my anger quickly turned to amusement when I realized there must be some pretty unhappy people working there to assume that everyone is trying to get a free meal. To blindly assume that everyone out there that goes to McDonald's is trying to get over on them. But needless to say I will never go back there and I would recommend that if you want good food and good service, please visit the Queen St McDonald's. They are privately owned and the manager is a doll. She is sweet and witty and they provide excellent service- the way...
