Nino's Pizza — Restaurant in Springettsbury Township

There are plenty of great pizza places around here that respect their customers and make serving high quality items a top priority. Nino's is NOT that. We have been ordering from Nino's for years & have seen the quality slowly drop. We blamed COVID. We stayed loyal. But 2 days ago we placed an $80 order! It was our last. One of the items, a California cheesesteak, which was always a favorite, ended up in the trash. Unfortunately, the 1st bite I took had a LARGE piece of hard gristle/cartilage in it. Next bite, the same. Dug through it & found more! It so grossed me out I pitched the whole thing. (restaurant was closed). I called the next day to speak with the manager or the owner. I got the owner. When I explained to him what happened, his response was to make excuses as to why there was gristle. Like that was okay. No apologies. No "thank you for being a loyal customer". No "let me send you a gift certificate". Just a lengthy diatribe filled with arrogant excuses that I guess I was supposed to say, "Well, that's okay then!" Apparently one is supposed to expect such thing when "high quality beef" is used. Moral of the story, pick a different...

I've ordered from Nino's several times over the past year. The service was usually fine, but the execution of the food is my reason for a 1 star review. My most recent order is the last one. I just can't give Nino's anymore of my business for the prices they charge and horrible execution. If you want to charge more money, I'm fine with paying for great quality food.

The cheese pizza was absolutely tasteless. I could taste cheese, that's it. ​The crust was very undercooked too.

The white pizza had crust so thick and took up way too much of the pizza slice. On previous orders the white pizza was decent, but way too inconsistent. This one was just poorly made.

Top quality and consistent pizza throughout York County Is already slim pickens. I would rather eat chain pizza than overpay for...

My husband and I were talking about how we couldn’t find a pizza place around here that was satisfying anymore… until we came across Nino’s Pizza! Nino’s Pizza has become our favorite place to go for a slice of pie! Their pizza is amazing quality and always looks presentable! I highly recommend the buffalo chicken pizza, veggie pizza, and cheese pizza as they will absolutely bring you satisfaction and hunger for more!! I also deeply recommend you try one of their subs as they make their bread from SCRATCH!! Fries are delicious too. I have yet to get an order that didn’t satisfy me and my husband leaves just as fulfilled! I will also point out that the staff is very welcoming and creates a relationship with you and overall provides a very satisfying atmosphere. We will be back!...
