Decided to go through the drive thru on a Thursday night app 8 pm. Ordered a Brown Sugar Bacon BLT sandwich. First the wait in the drive thru after ordering was app 8 - 10min - I had briefly glanced at my clock - but fortunately I was not in any kind of hurry. Got my food (finally) and went home. Got my sandwich out ( I have had the new BLT's at other locations and it is an excellent sandwich!. But this one , well had trouble finding any tomato- 2 really small slices (if that was what they were) and the bacon? well decided to take what pieces I had and it equaled about three pieces lined up on the sandwich - there was more mayonnaise then bacon. Very very disappointing sandwich. But about a month ago, stopped at the same Finneytown location to order a chicken salad wrap and it was so messy! Half the chicken salad was on the outside of the wrap. II don't usually write these reviews or complain about drive thru orders, because a lot of restaurants seem to have trouble getting drive thru orders correct. I told her I wouldn’t be calling if my order was correct and She said “dont yell in my ear that’s what you not gonna do please and thank you” which i was not yelling at all. I said “I’m about to come get my fries Ms.Man sir woman” and I hung up. I went back to get my fries and when my boyfriend went in and handed her the receipt she said “I shouldn’t give them to you because she was rude on the phone” my boyfriend responded with “she wasn’t rude you need to make sure you check your workers and make sure they don’t forget our food” as he walks out she followed him cussing and carrying on saying she would smack me. Read moreThis location is seldom in good shape. Tonight, I asked the cashier 2 times to switch my bun to a regular bun and to make my bacon crispy. She basically looked at me and ignored me. There was nothing noted on my receipt. I finally asked her if she would tell the folks in back about the crispy bacon. It took at least 20 minutes for our food to come out. Of course,I had to go back and ask them to switch my bun. Now while we were waiting for our food,, there wasn't one table open for use. They had a section blocked off. Many of the tables had cleaning solution on them but not wiped off. The other couple tables were dirty. I think 7:30 is a little early to start...
