Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Springfield Township

I ordered for the first and LAST time at this Finneytown location. I pulled up to what I thought was going to be a convience turned out to be a nightmare. They asked the name on the order multiple times to no avail find my order. Not only was the customer service representative rude and dismissive after sitting in line for 15 minutes shoves what appeared to be my order at me & thank goodness my husband looked because it wasn't even our order! I pull around and my husband goes inside to find out the additional irate customer in the lobby was a door dash driver and we had his order! Now with covid-19 being the highlight of everyone in America precautions went out the window. We had the door dash drivers food & he raised questions about taking food from a random person as he should! There was no offer to anything to be remade there was no compensation offer just oh here's the order that's been sitting here ice cold out the door you go which is totally unacceptable whoever is the franchise owner of that establishment should be ashamed of themselves because the complete trash level of customer service was...

The only reason I'm giving any stars is because the pizza is very good. I love that they have cauliflower crust on the menu!! The problem is that delivery is TERRIBLE! I typically order online for delivery. The last 3 times I have received an email saying that "your pizza has left the building" and still no pizza 45 mins later. One night my pizza was scheduled for deliver at 6:15 and we finally received it at 8pm. After it happened the second time we stopped ordering from them. Came back for another try tonight and my poor Doordash delivery driver called me and said she had been waiting in line for over 30min for the pizza.....mind you I had already received the "your pizza has left the building" email when she called me and told me she was still waiting in line for my order. So frustrating! I realize since they've had to start using doordash to fulfill orders maybe there is a disconnect somewhere. Didn't have this problem at the Donatos in the previous area we lived in. I just moved back out here and donatos sent me a coupon. The online app didn't accept the coupon so I called in for pickup. Lady doesn't know how to apply my promo so she says to just present it when I pay. Waited a little past pickup time so I wouldn't have to wait and It was the opposite. I got there and was told I couldn't be helped since they were busy. Waited at a dirty table for someone to eventually come to the register. Once they came out to tell another customer they messed up their order and needs to be remade. Bring more customer food out then helps two new customer who had just walked in. Pizza was ready at 6:50 I walked out at 7:40 since at this time I still was not helped and if the only large and medium boxes in the window was my order it had been sitting b4 I got there anyway. After seeing the reviews for this location I am actually happy I left my order amd didn't pay in advance. Or I would have been stuff with a Luke warm dinner. Personally don't want to return and I may not with so many other pizza options I....
