Brentwood Plaza — Local services in Springfield Township

I will NEVER go to My Eye Dr. Ever again. Terrible woman somehow considered to have customer service when I was told over the phone to bring the poorly made eyeglasses I bought from them in. First, The woman wouldn't listen to me and told me my glasses were broke at an area that screws were located but there were no screws. The glasses were tongue in grove and just glued in where they broke. Then she proceeded to tell me my insurance policy was every two years when I had just spoken to my insurance people and I'm allowed every year. Next she said they couldn't be fixed there and gave me a card to a company that would fix them "inexpensively". Which turned out to cost more than the full cost of the glasses! For some glue! I could have been told they weren't covered over the phone... Walmart is 100%covered and will adjust for free all year until your next eye Dr. Appointment. But their glasses are so well made I never had to bring them in! I'll never pay so much for poor quality and to be shrugged off as a customer again at My Eye D.!r I will go back to Walmart. I lived at that Kroger in Brentwood and worked for them for years.. I also grew up there and i live now by the Hartwell That store and pharmacy need help. And a drive up window for the pharmacy not a walk up window! How stupid in all these years is it that Hartwell Kroger is not convenient at all. Especially as i said before the that pharmacy. But Finneytown knows i was at Kroger pharmacy this morning. I saw the pharmacist and the clerks looking at me as tho they were talking about me. I am not home 5 minutes and they text me 5 minutes after i am home. Not cool they know me and could have told me not to leave that they would be done in 5 to puck up 2 more. Other store i go to Sally's ,and Advanced Auto Parts. I don't feel safe at the Hartwell location at all but fell safer at Brentwood. But i believe more police protection is needed in...

I remember when this mall first opened. It was very nice then. The neighborhood has changed a lot. It's still a typical strip mall, the Kroger here is fine inside but the parking lot is rather weirdly laid out and is often full at peak hours. The Dollar General Store is small, sort of grungy looking. Sometimes in warm weather there are teens hanging about, not really threatening you, but they are loud and unsupervised. It is located immediately off Ronald Reagan Highway which is very convenient. The part of the mall by Kroger is busy and feels safer sometimes than the other end of the mall. I'm not saying it's dangerous or anything, but I would just always be aware of what's going on around me and I think...
