Good ... Placed an order for two small cakes. Kind of pricey. Won't pick the cakes up for another week so we will see if it's worth it. Will update then

They did a great Job making exactly what I requested 💜 Our order even inspired the decorator to design a similar cake for the store 😊 The cakes were beautiful. I made the cake toppers myself for my children's birthday party.

The cakes were very soft, very delicious . Pretty sweet, you cannot even finish a serving due to the sweetness bit that's okay with me.

Over all we will be back. They're definitely our new go to for our childrens birthday cakes & special occasion sweets .

A little negative || The price quoted wasn't the price we paid picking up. We still paid however it would have been better to be informed this. We ordered the cakes a month in advance so there was plenty of time to inform us of the $10 price difference ( they said due to the amount of work needed changed the price) But well worth$120 for sure. ( $60 per cake) was quoted $55 each. Not to big of a deal. But getting a surprise price increases when you pick up the day before an event , should be told to the customer prior to baking. Expectally since we paid a deposit on the cakes...

The shop is really cute and the food is outstanding. The quality of not only the taste, but the visual appeal is just top-notch. The service when I've been in there was great but I called in to order a particular flavor for my dad's birthday and they weren't there so I left a message. The owner called me back two days later and told me they no longer had the flavor I requested and had sold the last cake in the flavor I wanted the day before (yes - the day AFTER I called). The lady said "We just sold the last cake of this yesterday - I was hoping it was you that came in and got it." Obviously, she got my message and didn't do anything about it. This really made me mad since that flavor won't be back for a month.

As their food is high-quality and reasonable priced, I will give them another chance and would still recommend them to anyone - just make sure you call in a month before you want your order to make sure...

We had Bake My Day make a smash cake for our daughter’s first birthday and it was amazing! So beautifully done, tasted amazing, and they were so kind. We did an invoice request on the website and submitted some options, but just gave them full creative freedom to do whatever they thought was best and they did not disappoint. Our little girl loved her Minnie Mouse cake and we all enjoyed some of it after she had her fair share. Bar far one of the best cakes I’ve ever tasted (we got the strawberry cake). Upon picking it up there was a small mishap and the bow was broken, but they immediately took to work and had us come back a little before her party to get it. Super grateful they were so prompt and we will definitely be ordering more from here!
