Terrible service and workers today at this location!!! One lady told me she called in an order at 5:40 pm and was nstill waiting foThen a pr worker came out and told her they were out of cod. The worker was quite rude and said she was not management and made $4.25/hr. She said, “I’m trying to smile but I really want to go off”. The customer asked to speak to a manager and she said she’s in the restroom (she has been in the restroom for a long time). One worker asked me my name, checked to see if my order was ready. She came back and said that it wasn’t. That same worker went outside for about 7 minutes and was talking on her personal phone. All of a sudden I see the pregnant girl bring out several bags and places them on the “to-go” shelves. They sat there for at least 8-10 minutes. Why didn’t the other worker look at the bags to see if one of them were mine. If it weren’t for another worker who came up and asked for my name, I would have been waiting longer. My bag was one the ones sitting on the shelf. The other worker knew my name but didn’t take the time to check to see if one of the orders was mine on the shelf. There was just no consideration or display of customer service at this restaurant tonight. I get it that workers are few right now but there are 3 at the desk that seemed to be helping. My sister Beth Phelps preordered the grilled chicken family meal yesterday for pickup sometime between 7:30 and 8:00 PM (not sure of exact time she requested). 3 issues: 1) food not ready, she had to wait for it to be prepared; 2) contained 6 pieces of 1/4" (approx) thick white cold, dry chicken fillets that had been over cooked/grilled to the point that they were so tough they couldn't be cut without a steak knife (suspect they were microwaved then thrown on grill at last minute); 3) meal was suppose to include honey mustard dipping sauce, there was barely enough in container, less then 1/4 cup) to supplement 2 overdry, shoeleather like pieces of meat, let alone the 6 pieces of meat in the order. Dont know why we keep giving your late shift kitchen staff chance after to chance to prepare and present meals for pickup that we presume will be on par with the consistantly good food that is available in your dining room, because the takeout family meals we've ordered never are. There are problems with taste, presentation, quality and quantity as described in your menu every single time. On a positive note, the broccoli and green bean sides were excellent as usual. PS: We didn't return with the order because by the time we would packed it all back up and drive all the way back it's too late to eat...

Horrible! Went for breakfast at 6:30 on. Food was leukwarm at best. Only three other tables had guests so we thought service would be great. It was terrible. My wife asked for well done bacon. When she got the undercooked bacon she told our server she asked for well done to which the server tersely replied it is well done. So we send it back, take it off the menu. My pancakes were dry and doughy, the hashed browns were undercooked as well. Scrambled eggs were a lil undercooked. My water was never refiilled. Upon leaving the table next to us had bacon that was well done. My wife noticed it and pointed it out to me. The server was scene sitting and chatting with a table of guests as we ate most of our terrible tasting meals. Server beings the check, places it on the table and hurries back to finish talking to other tables that came in after us. My wife noticed her meal was neither comped nor discounted. She calls the server over , who at this point has a serious bad attitude, and asks if the bacon was taken off to which she snapped the manager took some off. It's at the bottom. $1 was discounted. We paid, left 0 tip and will not be patronizing the Finneytwn, Winton Road Bob...
