Wings and Rings — Restaurant in Springfield Township

Where do I begin, first I want to point out that I had reservations about going here, initially I called B'dubs but there was a 2 hour wait on orders. So I decided to go to my neighborhood Wings & Rings. BIG MISTAKE. I decided on the cheeseburger and fries combo because I had been eating fish and chicken all week and wanted a good burger. Now keep in mind this place has been around for quite some time, family owned business, so you would think they would upgrade the quality of their food. The burger was dry, tasteless, lacked any type of seasoning, undercooked. Look I'm not looking for Bobby Flays but come on, you would think you would want to improve the quality and taste of your food and get better over the years instead of serving low grade food. Improve, stop serving cheap quality food just to increase your profit margin. I had to call in sick today because I need to allow my body to cleanse itself of this burger I consumed. Guys do yourself a favor, if you want to be like B'dubs find better food suppliers and maybe one day you will have a 2 hour wait on food orders. A large group of mothers and teenage sons come to this location after a school event. There were 20 of us total and I was a little nervous about being able to sit together and whether they would be able to accommodate us. From the beginning, the two women at the host stand were so kind and willing to help. They didn’t even flinch when I said 20 they just immediately jumped into action and started putting tables together. They didn’t roll their eyes or get annoyed when we were moving around and trying to figure out seating. They were just patient and incredibly helpful. Then, when it came time to order, the moms were all sitting together, and the boys were sitting at the other end, Usually a service industry nightmare! Our waitress however was incredibly understanding and so efficient in getting all of our mother-son orders and all on separate checks. She was simply amazing! The whole staff jumped in to bring out all the food which incredibly all came out at the same time and everyone’s order correct. We couldn’t have complained about a single thing. We are a very regular customers of this location,(once a week) but that’s it. I’m so done, it’s not the first time that our food is not made correctly and are missing many of our ordered items and ingredients to meals. Many times our food is old and cold as well as thrown into the carry out containers. The kids meals are incredibly smaller than usual. When we ordered a kids burger the patty looked very unappetizing and dry it was only enough for half of the bun. Another occurrence was with a salad once ordered and made completely different then asked for. I called to make sure that it was ours and was rudely told they could not do anything, they asked me to bring it back to receive a new one which is perfectly fine but very inconvenient. As we order food to save time then having to bring it back just before closing hours, no mention that everyone was on the table ready to eat.
