Door says they close at 9:30 pm every day, yet somehow the lights are off and the doors are always locked by 6 o’clock. They have taken my money twice after placing an online order. They don’t answer the phone when you call no matter what time it is, so I can’t call and confirm they’re open or try and make sure I’m refunded for the orders I’ve placed and never received. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times with not a single response. I don’t understand how orders can go through without someone confirming them first. I’m sure the place will be closed for good soon😒
7/11 - tried to give this place another try (hoping for new staff). Ordered online for in store pickup. My bread was so soggy I don’t think it’s fully cooked all the way through. I couldn’t event pick up my sandwich, since there’s more sauce than meatballs. They could’ve called or text me saying there’s no more meatballs for a full sandwich. I definitely wouldn’t have still ordered a meatball marinara😅. I could’ve canceled that order and made a new one. Money wasted again. I never got a refund for the first incidents. I knocked on the door nobody came to the door. I called the store and someone hung up on me. I called during the day and finally got an answer and was pushed off they need to talk to manager Ron about having to get permission to remake my food or get my refund. I don't understand how a restaurant can steal money knowing that a customer has not physically has not came into the store and got the food. This will be my last time going to this location. I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company if I don't get a resolution soon. I will post again...
Read moreI just had the pleasure of interacting with a young employee by the name of Lyric. She has to be in the top 10 of Subway's Most Motivated employees. The line was long and there were only 2 young gals working but Lyric professionally and with painstaking patience listened to my description, took her time and lovingly created a masterpiece of a meatball marinara (with fresh mozarella) sandwich! The end result was beautiful! I told her she should buy a franchise and I truly believe that. Whatever she does and wherever she goes , she will be successful because she truly enjoys what she's doing. Thank You, Lyric, you made my night. I hope to see you in a Subway...
