Panera Bread — Restaurant in Springfield Township

At this point just close down Panera Bread Finnytown. This is a Cobb salad that supposed to have real Avocado not this artifical lab created hard mess that has the nerve to have went bad. Real eggs or at least fresh artifical boiled eggs. The eggs are very , very mushy. Bacon as you can see that there isn't a piece of bacon anywhere in sight. Grilled chicken again, no chicken in sight or physical. The romaine is partially wilted. In addition I havent eaten in 3 weeks I've been very ill. I figured after awhile I need to eat something. Had to stop at Walgreens for my meds. Went across the street first to #Wingsandrings to order a cobb salad. Again they had to take it back because it had apples, nutts and Again artificial hard crunchy green fake avocado. The proper thing to do Wings and rings is let your customers know that some ingredients has changed. Plus I waited forever at the bar to be served. DO NOT HAVE YOU CUSTOMERS SURPRISED FROM GREED. I now know not to get the cobb anymore, Simple. PANERA BREAD FINNYTOWN Manager.. you dropped the ball. This salad is unacceptable. NO wonder I've stopped supporting THIS actual locatin first then later the entire business over tens ago. My daughter is the one who said that she would treat me thank God she got a refund. Almost forgot to mention on the bright side of a micromilimeter that is. The broth, the fresh tomatoes and the fresh red onions no complaints. 11/4/21 Drive Thru Order #1373956

Go through the drive thru, receive no greeting or pleasantry just, “Panera card”? I place my order for a spinach and bacon soufflé and a pecan roll they respond “total at window”. I pull up, pay for the order, get my card back and notice they gave me a pecan braid not a roll. I inform her of this and she responds “yeah we were out of rolls so we gave you a braid”. Baffled that she thought it was appropriate to change my order absent of the intent of informing me or requesting permission, I went to respond and she had already closed the window and walked away. The cashiers name on the receipt is listed Zachary but the employee was a younger African American female with a black mask with silver sparkles on it. 3 years ago I informed you that your drive thru needed improvement and 3 years later nothing has changed. We teach people how to treat us and the lack of discipline from management results in half hearted workers that damages the reputation of your company.

Terrible Drive-Thru Breakfast

On multiple occasions I have received bad service during am hours in the drive-thru. Whether it’s a lukewarm sandwich that was prepared before I even pulled in the parking lot or an overcooked crunchy piece of sausage with burnt cheese on top—I can always count on this location to not deliver. Although I love their food, the service is terrible. I went in the drive-through, and I might as well have just went inside the entire time because the drive-through was extremely long. When I did decided to go inside instead one of the other patrons that was in the drive-through also went inside because he had he hadn’t gotten his order, the establishment is full of nothing but young teenagers working there..there didn’t seem like there was at least one adult that had any type of handle on all the teenagers they were playing around. I ordered two frontega a chicken sandwiches, the girl did not know where the chicken was on the menu so needed help. Then proceeded to tell me they were out of tomatoes, so only one of the sandwiches got tomatoes and the tomatoes looked very old, and the other sandwich which was supposed to be a frontega chicken sandwich was some chicken chipotle type of sandwich with avocado on it but it was poorly made so you couldn’t really tell what it was. Management definitely needs to get ahold on how many teenagers they scheduled in one shift especially at night time I had just got off work and was expecting a full fulfilling meal not half done food...
