Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Springfield Township

I want to say that I dont like "fast food", but chick fill a is the only one I like. Besides having very kind and friendly people, their food is always fresh & doesnt have that greasy feel. I went to this location on Tuesday night and I just want to say thank you. I had my credit card pulled out, ordered the food & the few minutes it took to drive around to the window, I had no clue where my card was. I told the woman at the window I was gonna pull around and park to come in and pay. It was driving me nuts bc I couldn't figure out where the heck my card went in a matter of a couple minutes. As I was in the parking lot dumping out my purse, I got a knock on my window and it was an employee with a bag. I rolled down my window and she said, "Here you go, its on us!". I didnt expect them to do that & they seriously didnt have to. I said, I can pay for it, if you just give me a minute to find my card. She said that it was no big deal. It was a very kind gesture and it did make me feel happy. So, I did find my credit card, it was in my eyeshadow palette for some reason! The food is very good and the employees are very pleasant. Their menu has many options to choose from along with a kids menu. Of course it is pretty much all chicken, 🐔 they do have soups, salads, milkshakes ect. The chik-fil-a on Macdade Blvd has an indoor play area for kids. They have a drive threw andthe one on 420 and Baltimore Pike will send employees outside with a ipad and take orders when the drive threw line gets long. They also have two drive threws. Only down side is the inside amd drive threw can get pretty busy but lines get long but the staff does a great job keeping the lines moving. They have also never got any of my orders wrong. And there have been times that they are so busy and I order for a family of 8 to 10. I couldn't tell you how many times I have gone to McDonalds or burger king amd order for two people just to get home and find my whole order wrong or missing items. Ordered on the app when I got to the restaurant. Got an email at 12:43 saying my meal would be out in a moment. I did see my bag come out along with four or five other bags seen a lady make the drinks for all the orders and then walk away to start taking orders at the counter instead of handing out the food waited another 10 minutes for someone to hand the food to me several employees walking around, doing nothing like they didn’t know what to do. finally all the frustrated customers had to ask for our orders to be handed to us By the time I did receive my food, it was cold and pretty much not edible I seen one guy come to the counter and said he was waiting a half hour for someone to bring the food to the table. Seen another gentleman finish his meal without his shake seen him come up to the counter and ask for it got it as he was walking out the door. I don’t know who’s the manager of the store, but it is not managed very well at all. Springfield Chick-fil-A is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been at and I’ve been to ones all over...
