I'm so happy to say that I bought my first one from Banter this week and LOVE it!
I went shopping at a mall because I wanted to see if I could just buy one instead of ordering it online and then having to wait as I was going to a holiday gathering at a friend's house last evening. A friendly salesgirl at Banter asked me if it was for someone else or myself. When I told her it was for I myself she asked if I am new to wearing toe rings, as she had a few recommendations for a beginner. I was intrigued by a double row cuff sterling silver midi/toe ring and so I purchased it for 15.00, a great deal for a small product.
I found a bench to try it on as I was just too excited to wait and see how this beautiful piece of jewelry would look on my toe. It was hard for me to hold in the joy I felt seeing it on my toe. It was basically the coolest thing EVER! Comfortable too as I was not sure about that as I'm new to toe rings. After I finished my trip I went back to the girl at Banter to thank them for their help and they both told me it looked so good on me! Life basically didn't get better than that.

I was basically forced to buy a warranty when I didn’t want one under the guise that it was “included” with my purchase basically removing the option for me to decline the extra fee. I wasn’t told that it was an additional charge and somehow per the associate and manager as a customer I’m supposed to know that it’s not free because nothing is free. And their excuse is that other customers get upset when trying to bring back items because they have no warranty like that has anything to do with me. I’ve never returned a thing and if something did break I just repurchased it. All I asked was that I was informed of the fee upfront instead of the dishonest sales approach to make their quota. It's so soft and easy get scratched, l bought a necklace on their website, got broken within a month, l contacted their customer support on line they told me, l should bring to their counter they will fix it, l brought to their counter but they told me they can't fix it nor exchange it because l didn't pay $25 dollars insurance on the item.
