KFC — Restaurant in Springfield Township

Tried to order take out at drive thru. The windows attendant already had an attitude before I could complete my order. She placed me on hold 3x.stating "just a minute"-with a aggravated tone. I was told that it would be a 45 minute wait if i wanted original chickent. I agreed to Ex crispy. I had to repeat my order 3x and each time it was incorrect. The cherry bites would be a 15 min wait.. I usually go to the FF location and have no problem with placing my routine order. I was abruptly told 'we are not fairfield". The girl was argumentative and insulting. Another girl came to the windows and instead of completing my order she said that she would 'not serve me'. She would not give me her managers name and yelled 'I do not have to give you that information'. . When I said that I would just come in, and talk to the manager, she said that she would lock the doors. I had my 90 year old aunt in the car with me and I was humiliated and shocked. Because KFC is her usual favorite for lunch, I drove to another store. We had NO problems in placing the same order. The interaction was pleasant and the girl greeted us with a happy tone and a smile instead of attitude and problems. I hope KFC does review these comments and corrects. Employees were terrible. I went at 7:20 pm the dining room was already locked. I ordered from drive thru they said 3 min pull up. I wait along with another car. Girl comes to window and gives me order. I say thank you may I have some ketchup please. Employee says no, laughs, and walks off. So in my astonishment I said let me check my bag because I'm sure something is up to match this rude employee and yup I was right she gave me the wrong order on top of telling me no she wasn't getting me ketchup for whatever reason. I then had to get out my car switch my order with the guy behind me. She tried to hurry in the locked dining hall door but realized I was there so all the sudden she tried to then get my ketchup from the drive thru window from the outside. I let another employee who opened the door about the lack of customer service and she was on the phone never acknowledged me and giggled away at her personal phone call. I just left because I felt myself seeing red! Anyhow don't go to this KFC! They suck and they have young disrespectful employees. I can't wait to get ahold of a manager who obviously wasn't there tonight smh! Worst...

KFC on Winton Rd in Cincinnati used to be a great place. It has gradually declined. Today I went in and ordered dine in. I waited and waited and waited. 5 other people ordered and got their food while I waited. Even the other customers were commenting on my not having received my order. I finally asked one of the girls there and after she checked her screen she stated that my wings had to be cooked 7 minutes and they still has 2 more minutes to go. I waited another 5 minutes (after having already waited 15) and she gave me my order. I got 2 flats that were separate and 2 big clumps of wings. Only the 2 flats were cooked enough to eat. On the clumps, the only thing cooked was the battered coating. The wings themselves were not cooked. I ate my fries and brought my wings home to cook them. I can not afford to waste $9.00! I will not return to that location. They obviously forgot about my order and then tried to rush it up. I was not rude, nor did I act impatient. Poor customer service, poor quality of food! I...
